Chapter 24: Reason

Mayumi, Hailey, and Tomoyuki were shocked when Risa revealed that she would transfer away from Domino High School. They felt sad. Because that means they wouldn't see her anymore.

But then, Mayumi clenched her fist tightly and stared at Risa with a firm and determined expression.

" You can't do it Risa-chan! "

Risa averted her eyes at Mayumi's gaze. Her life at Domino High School was over. She would move back to Black Rose Academy for a new start.

" Why would you suddenly decide to leave without even informing us? Aren't we friends Risa-chan? "

Tokio watched on the sidelines as Mayumi said those words. Hailey and Tomoyuki we're agreeing with Mayumi's sentiment.

" You wouldn't understand... "

After a few moments of silence and deliberate ignorance, Risa finally decided to reply to Mayumi's questions.

" It's over for me. "

Risa then stared at her twin sisters who were clueless about her former clubmates and also wanted to know about her situation.

" No, it's not over! We know that you have done something Risa-chan. Something silly and bad.."

Risa gritted her teeth when she heard those words and Mayumi smiled. She doesn't know the meaning behind those smiles. But she felt more uncomfortable. So they know. Did Yugi and his friends tell them? Did they come here to reproach her and express their disdain?

Risa stared at Mayumi's sincere and gentle expression. On the side, Tomoyuki and Hailey agreed.

Risa stared at Tokio. This person in front of her was the reason why she was in the Domino High School in the first place.
