Ley Line Eyes (ℤ𝕙𝕠𝕟𝕘𝕝𝕚 𝕩 ℝ𝕖𝕒𝕕𝕖𝕣)

Baizhu

You scream and pull Kuro into your chest, making sure you were blocking the wind from him. Above you, the Yaksha catches the Traveler, as well as some other Millelith, but you were too far down.

So they left you to fall into the ocean.

You look around frantically for something, anything to grab onto, or to at least soften Kuro's fall. And then look of to Kuro himself, he was passed out...

You looks the water below, and then to Kuroki's vision on his shoulder. Forming a plan that you prayed would work, because it was a reckless one at that.

You move Kuro so that you held him in one arm, gathering electro in the other. For this to work you needed to be deathly close to the water, making you deathly nervous. Since hitting the water face first would be like landing on stone. A nasty pit in your stomach gets deeper and deeper, with the wind wiping away your tears. You can one more deep breath to calm your nerves, this needed quick and precise movements.

You felt the water slam against your fingertip, just then releasing the electro stored up in your palm into his vision. Best case scenario played out to your luck, the elemental reaction from your 2 visions would cause an electro shield to form around you both, slamming into the water. The impact of the water made the shield break immediately, but you were unharmed. Kuroki was unharmed, but you needed to get him onto a solid surface, fast.

Making him wrap his arms around your neck with one hand, you swim to the docks, throwing Kuroki first, then pulling yourself up along with Hu Tao's Staff. You lean your head against the dock to catch your breath before looking back up at your unconscious brother.
"I need to...get him...to Wangsheng." You sigh and shake your hands rapidly, putting Kuroki back on your back and running as quickly as possible to the parlor.

Zhongli

"HEY! She's Fatui! She's probably going to go and help them, that's the whole reason she's here isn't it?! Get out of here Harbinger!" A frightened mortician points his finger at N/n and hides behind another employee, making the others all a bit on edge. She looks around at everyone, growling and turning around angrily and gripping onto Hu Tao's polarm before busting through the door, running off. I look back at everyone and look to the open door, sighing and running out to look for her. I scan around, but she was no where to be seen, I only heard Hu Tao coming up behind me.
"Aiya, Zhongli it's no use. Let her go, she can handle herself. Right now, you need to focus on calming down the staff." Hu Tao sighed and followed me back inside, I kept my gaze on the floor, not looking at the crowd.

It was their fault she ran off, I could've convinced her otherwise, She wouldn't be out there right now where she could get hurt. I can't fathom her getting hurt, if N/n even has a scratch on her, I don't care what consequences come with it. This entire building will be rubble in a matter of seconds. I don't care if people find out who I am, N/n matters more than them.

"Zhongli, calm down. Please, they didn't mean bad. Please, just talk to them." Hu Tao rubbed my back as I just now noticed how rapid my breathing got. I breath deeply and sigh, readjusting my coat, glaring at the staff with glowing eyes.

"Listen, I am not incompetent. I wouldn't have brought someone of danger into this establishment under my care if they were of substantial danger. So next time you go threatening someone myself and Master Hu trust, I'll make sure business is flourishing and there's plenty of new job openings here at Wangsheng."

3rd pov

Hu Tao and the staff all stare in shock at Zhongli as he calms down, soon going back to his sedated state with his arms crossed behind his back.
"Aiya...Everyone, you need to get back to what you were doing. Me and Mr. Zhongli will talk outside." Hu Tao shakes her head and waves everyone back to their positions, grabbing onto Zhongli's arm and moving him outside.

"Zhongli when I said calm them down, that's not what I had in mind." Hu Tao sighed and held her head in her hands, other hand on hip as Zhongli stood there with a stone cold expression.
"I spoke my mind. My truth. It doesn't matter to me if my truth isn't the same as their fantasy."

Your pov

You pant as you desperately carry Kuroki on your back, running across the bridge while catching sight of Zhongli and Hu Tao talking outdoors. They do a double take on you, but quickly rush over to you, Zhongli taking Kuroki in his arms.
"Thank god you're safe..." Hu Tao sighs and takes back her polearm, examining your hand.
"There's no time, both of them need to get to Bubu pharmacy NOW." Zhongli shook Hu Tao and took your wrist, pulling you all towards Yujing Terrace and to Bubu pharmacy.

"BAIZHU!" You scream as you run up the stairs, catching the attention of Baizhu as he was putting things up on a shelf. He takes one look at Kuro and quickly peers over the counter, soothingly talking talking his assistant as you all approach. Also scaring away all other customers.

"Lay him down here." Hu Tao stole a chair cushion and laid it against a bookshelf, where Zhongli carefullt put Kuroki down.

"Okay now Qiqi, be very strong okay? This nice man needs your help." Baizhu leads Qiqi over to Kuroki, finger hanging on her lip confusingly. She looked up at Baizhu, then to Kuroki, then to you.
"Listen Qiqi, you need to help his man, my brother. Heal him so that he can help more people, okay?"

"I can...help!" Qiqi gives a soft smile in her monotone fashion, stepping back 2 steps. You hold onto Kuro's hand tightly, watching as Qiqi's vision behind her back lit up, making her braid flow vigorously behind her.

"Sacred Name- Fortune Preserver..." Qiqi hopped and twirled, summoning a small ball of cryo circling around her. She took it in her hand and made it circle Kuro, and immediately his scars started to close up, bruises fading away and life flooding back into his face. He let out a small gasp as all that was left on his body was filth, looking around at the group staring at him, then to you.
"Kuro..." You sigh and pull him into a tight hug, smiling over at Qiqi, who was sitting still next to Baizhu, "Thank you Qiqi..."

"E-excuse me everyone...I need to be somewhere right now..." Zhongli clears his throat and rushes off before any of you could say anything. But you didn't really notice.

"N/n...what happened?" Kuro pulled away from you confused, giving a quick smile to Hu Tao and the others.
"After I saved you from the Jade Chamber you fell unconscious midair. And yes before you ask Lady Keqing is completely fine." Kuro slightly blushes and punches your arm, taking off his cracked chest plate of armor.
"I used our visions to create a shield to soften our fall, so, your fine."

"But your not." Baizhu interjects and steps forward, an assortment of medical properties in his arms.
"Your burns look severe, along with major frostbite and cuts. You were caught in the crossfire were you not? Hit with all sorts of elemental attacks almost point blank I'll assume." He crouched down and set up all of his remedies, Hu Tao dragging Kuroki off of the floor.
"Hey, c'mon, I'll treat you to some Third Round Knockout. But first you need to change clothes." Hu Tao patted his back as they both walked out, giving you a quick wave.

"Now, I can't fully heal you, but this'll hold you over for about a week." Baizhu covered a cotton pad with a clear, sticky substance and put it on your burn on your back. You sighed at the cooling sensation, relaxing as he treated your various injuries.
"Wait...why can't Qiqi just do that ball thingy again?" You sit up straight and give Baizhu a look, but he just scoffs.
"You act like bringing someone back from the brink of death is easy for her. I said it'll hold you over for a week, then you can come back and Qiqi'll heal you."

"Great. Just peachy." You roll your eyes and look up at Yunjing Terrace, it was late in the day, so the Glaze Lilies were beginning to open up.
"Don't give me attitude Harbinger, your lucky I even let you set foot in my establishment." Baizhu smirks and finishes putting bandages on your arms and a big patch on your cheek, ordering Qiqi to return them to the correct spot.
"I'll give you that one, thanks Baizhu." You groan and stand up, your adrenaline finally calming down as Baizhu comes to stand next to you.
"So, where to now Ms. Fatui? I don't think many will be welcoming to you now in Liyue Harbor."

"One place will...thank you again Baizhu but, I gotta get going to Northland Bank."
