Gomen... Captain

Chapter 3

"Guys! We got company." Franky shouted, gaining everyone's attention and pointing up in front of him. We turned our attention to what he was pointing to, only to see six sea monsters approaching us. Sea monsters?!!

Chopper's eyes bulged out of his head as he screamed. "Well, crap. That's not good." Zoro stated simply.

As Chopper, Nami, Usopp, and Brook began screaming as the monsters drew closer, Luffy gazed at them in excitement. "Wow. They look tough... I want one!" He placed a hand above his eyes, shielding the light as he stared at the one that resembled a giraffe. "Hey, is somebody riding 'em?"

"Why are you allowing these foolish humans tell you what to do? Huh, Kraken?" Somebody on top of the giraffe monster, spoke up. Surume began to shake in his spot, causing the ship to shake slightly.

We all let out a yelp of surprise as Surume let go of the ship and ran away. "What the heck Surume? Seriously, we were almost there!" Luffy shouted, raising his arms into the air.

Usopp glanced in Luffy's direction, holding onto the railing. "Forget about all that! Just hang on, don't fall off the ship!"

"My eyes!"

"Mine too! AND I DON'T HAVE ANY!"

Chopper and Brook yelled. We all ignored the skeleton joke as we fell down to the ground, the impact causing me to land harshly on the ground. "Why do we have to crash so much?!"

Remembering whats was going on, I glanced back to the sea monsters. "You guys are the Straw Hat Pirates, aren't you?" The Fishman spoke up again.

"So what if we are pal? Maybe you better tell us who you are first." Luffy retorted, as we all gathered together.

"You have quite the reputation. For starters, you were the ones who ruined the Arlong Pirates plans. that part makes sense, at least. But for some reason, 2 years back when Hachi was in trouble you stood up for your old enemy. And then you clocked one of the Celestial Dragons right in his ugly face! Fisher Tiger would do the exact same thing, and he's the hero of this entire island."

As he was talking, I finally was able to see who they were. The one talking, was a fishman with a fedora on his head, another one with a spear in his hand, and one with octopus legs who seemed drunk.

"Hamohamohamo... I'm not sure what to do with you. Tell it to me straight, are you supposed to be our enemies or not?" He paused for a moment before continuing. "How about I give you an option. Enlist under our banner as members of the New Fishman Pirates or else. Or else, meaning we sink you right now."

Uh oh. That's not good. "What'd you say?!" Luffy shouted at him. Here he goes...

I noticed Franky headed towards the helm of the ship as Usopp ran under. Understanding what was going on, I helped the others as we raised the sails, preparing to fly out of this situation.

"So! Have you decided if you want to be part of our crew? Straw Hat Luffy!" Fedora guy asked.

We all glanced over at Luffy, who was still in the same spot. "Yeah right, you wish. Stupid!~" Now he's done it.

The fishman, glared down at us. "Are you sure about that? You did hear me say what will happen if you refused, didn't you? Guess you are the enemy of the fishman, nothing but filthy human scum!"

Luffy started sticking his tongue out, stretching his cheeks out. "Blehhhhh!~ Why would I wanna work for a big dumb fish freak like you?"

Chopper ran up to Luffy, tears pouring out his eyes. "Cut it out Luffy, you're gonna make him mad!"
