" I do not belong here" I said calmly crossing my arms while sitting in front of him

" No . You belong here and you are destined to be here" he finally raised his head from what he is doing and looked at me straight in the eyes that brought shivers down my spine

I raised my eyebrow and grinned

" You know, I ain't good at playing games " I stood up

Pinagpagpagan ko ang aking damit at tumayo ng tuwid . I turned my back at him walking towards the door but turned back to give him a last look .

" Except chess " I smirked before shutting the door and walking out

My secretary immediately stood beside me , accompanying me outside the building and my car

" Going home sir?" the driver asked me habang pumapasok ako ng sasakyan . Umupo narin ang aking sekretarya sa tabi ng driver .

I silently nodded as a confirmation to what he asked .

" When do classes start? " I asked my secretary while my eyes are fixated at the scenery outside

" About two weeks from now sir . We are not sure yet . There might be some changes in the schedule the chairman said " she explained

I nodded again

" Training? " tanong ko pa ulit

" Tomorrow" she answered again

I silently cursed .

" You know you can still decline the offer . " My dad told me while we were having dinner after I arrived

I rolled my eyes and stood up

" I'm done eating " I declared and about to leave

" Flip " My mom called me and gave me those eyes

Pity .

I don't need that .

I ignored her and continued to leave going upstairs to my room .

" Why did you call me here " I asked him feeling scared

" May sasabihin ako sa iyo " he replied

He seldom call me in his office . Not unless he will scold me for something .

" You look dumb . Get rid of those scared eyes . I'm not doing something to you " saway niya

Agad naman akong tumalima at pilit na kumalma

" Anyway , this is a secret . Do not tell someone or else " he warned

I nodded

He handed me a letter and I immediately opened it looking confused as I read it .

" It's a once in a lifetime offer . It's about time that you straighten your life at patunayan na may silbi ka " he explained

" It will be good for the business too since we are collaborating with different elite people "

I felt a pang in my chest as he said that but I remembered he always do that . It's like music to my ears now .

" How about mom? What if she knows that I'm training to be a gangster? " I asked still reading the letter

" She will not know. Leave that to me " He answered as if he was urging for an answer

I did not think twice and nodded . I think it's about time that I prove myself . As a worthy person . As a worthy son .

" Tell them I'll come to the meeting tomorrow " I said and kept the letter inside my tuxedo and left .

My mom still thinks that the offer my father is talking about is a certain scholarship.

I'd go to a certain school with the scholarship offered . Little did she know, it's not the reason why I entered the school.

For weeks , I hustled going to class and trained . I got good feedbacks and my family was beyond happy .

Good thing for them .

I just shrugged and continued sipping my tea

" That's it . I'm enrolling in that organization and school as well. I'm telling Dad" he pressed

I looked at him amused

" It would be a miracle if he agrees . He couldn't afford to lose his favourite child " I smirked

" No. He will . I will fucking squeeze him to death until he agrees " He looked determined

I just grinned

" How come you're laughing? Flip, I'm not kidding. You won't be leaving, without me. You and I are twins. Protecting one another is necessary. " he sat beside me

I just shrugged and stood up .

" whatever you want " and I left

Too late for that fucking protection

" She'll force you to join the organization. She doesn't know who you are. But you are familiar with her. Keep her by your side at all times. She will deceive you but pretend that you are unaware. "

" Sir, I don't think that I'm capable enough to do that mission " I replied sternly

" You are Justin Flip Hermoso. You are not named "Flip" for no reason. "

" Flip the story if you want . Just protect Roxanne. "
