"Your concert is tomorrow. How are you feeling?"

Akio looked up at his manager, Horace, as the older man walked into the room.

"Fine."

Horace looked his ward up and down. "Akio..."

The boy looked at him questioningly.

"You're going to need to perk up a bit for your fans, you know." Horace thought for a moment. "And you need to start interacting with them too."

Akio shrugged. "I don't like them."

Horace sighed exasperatedly. "Regardless of your feelings towards them, they are what's keeping your career alive, so you must find some way to appeal to them."

'All the more reason to ignore them'

"I don't want to talk to them. They only like me 'cause I look pretty."

"Akio, we both know that you're going to need to do something for this concert. Even if it's only the bare minimum, you have to at least interact with a few fans." Horace pulled out a clipboard. "Your management team and I have come up with a few easy suggestions that you might agree with. Please pick one after I've read through them."

Akio groaned in annoyance.

"First off, we have--"

"That sounds good. Do that one."
