This announcement is for the judges! I will be going more in depth about how the judging will be done as I only went over it briefly in the rules.
As mentioned in the rules, judges will be sent a link to a Google Form. There are 4 different links. One for every round (3) and one for the Oneshots/Short Stories. The link to each form will be sent the day each judging period will be begin.
For Round 1, judges will get the link to Round 1 forms. Round 2 - Round 2 forms. Round 3 - Round 3 forms.
You will only be reading a third of the book for every round. Yes, you will be reading the same books that have been assigned to you from beginning to end throughout the entire awards.
For example, if you've been assigned to read a book that has 12 chapters, you will read chapters 1 through 4 in Round 1. In Round 2, you'll read chapters 5 through 8. In Round 3, you'll read chapters 9 through 12.
Your books will be divided as such by me and my co-host. So, when Round 1 begins, I'll post which chapters of the books you will be reading. I won't be tagging the participants, just the judges. It's more for the judges to follow.
Links will be sent through PM and on Discord.
When filling out the form, please answer each portion with 2 to 3 sentences. Be detailed, kind, and genuine. There will be a part for special awards. You just click the ones you think apply. The special awards will be done in Round 1 and Round 3.
