<...Mother?>

  The red leaves surrounding Cale started to flicker along with the confusion from the younger Drew. Cale could suddenly feel a leaf touching his left cheek, as if she was caressing his face;

<Say cutie, are you saying, I really end up with Deruth?>

  Cale merely nodded in response, but Drew's caressing still hadn't left. Her makeshift hand was still lingering on the side of his cheek. Which was slowly dropped,

He truly doesn't know what to feel about the situation, everything almost felt surreal.

<I see... So everything really end up like how I expected it to be; That probably also meant I wind up on my own in the end>

  Cale watched as the leaves around him slowly slip pass by him and formed a dense swirl across; slowly forming an illusion of a young girl with long hair using a summer dress.

The corner of her lips were lifted up to an arch, but her eyes were downcast.

<That's unfortunate,>

The rustling of the leaves were almost deafening,

But the sound of her voice was as crisp and clear like an echo from a hallow room;

<I pity the me who can't see how much of a cutie her baby has grown into>

  A small mischievous smirk was planted on her face, replacing the previous melancholy look she had. She went over to the tree behind her and sat down, patting the patch of ground next to her.

<Since we're already here, why don't we chat for a bit?>

Cale didn't decline the offer,

  It would be nice to talk to her after so long, even if it was just her past memories. And maybe, he could also find out some clues about what he needed to know and do to screw over that guy.

<...I see, a lot of things had happened>

They both sat down under the night sky comfortably one feet apart from each other.

  The sky it self tonight was muddier than usual, but even then, they could still see the glimmering stars that decorated the galaxy from where they were at.

Cale wondered if he could gather them somehow?

<So what are you going to do now?>

"Something mother did when she was chasing father," Cale answered with a straight face, "I will just flip everything that stands in my way, and throw them to the other side of the continent"

Cale didn't bother to put up a smile when he was with his mother, her younger version or not. Same like when he was with his Hyung;

He doesn't bother,

  Because even if he doesn't make himself raise the corners of his lips or laughed out loud, they would know whether he was happy or not.

It was something he really appreciated.

.

The young Drew laughed,

<That sounds like something I would do,>

  Drew looked at her hand that was made by a concentration of glowing red leaves that were beginning to grow dim.

<You know, I can feel a familiar ancient power within you right now>
