                             "It's astronomy,
                     we're two worlds apart."

Allison looked up from her economics book after feeling something fly past the back of her hair. Sighing, she returned to reading, deciding that she was imagining it. It wouldn't be the first time she'd seen or heard something that wasn't there. This whole Kate thing was a prime example of that.

But when something collided with her head, she knew that she couldn't be hallucinating that. She picked up a glue stick with writing all over the side of it. Knowing who the culprit was, she turned around in her seat.

Jade had a hand covering her mouth and her eyes were wide as she stared at her best friend. "Sorry. I didn't know it'd actually hit you," she whispered, smiling in hopes of not being in Allison's bad books. When the girl laughed quietly and rested an arm on her desk, she took that as a sign to continue. "You free to stay at mine on Halloween night? Lyds is coming too."

Allison nodded with a small smile etched on her features. "Yup. That should be fine I'd say-"

Their conversation was cut short when a loud bang came from Coach's office, followed by loud swearing.

Jade cast a glance to her partners in crime that had helped set up the prank. To put it shortly, Coach would have to spend a long time putting all of his furniture together again. The man himself appeared from his office, clapping his hands together.

"Mischief night, Devil's night. I don't care what you call it. You little punks are evil! You think it's funny every Halloween my house gets egged? A man's house is supposed to be his castle. Mine's a frickin' omelet!" He ignored the laughing from his students, picking up a neatly wrapped gift from his desk. "Oh, this? We're gonna do this again?"

Max looked to his sister, who simply shrugged her shoulders. It hadn't been any of them. It apparently didn't matter though, as not even five seconds later Coach had jumped on the box.

He kneeled down to pick up the present when he heard the sound of glass shattering. He picked up a- now broken- cup with a picture of him on it, and the slogan '#1 Coach!' Aggressively, he picked up a piece of paper that was lying on the floor. Muttering under his breath, he read out what was written down. "Happy birthday. Love, Greenberg."

Jade furrowed her eyebrows when something to her left caught her attention. Danny seemed to notice as well, as he too was staring at Lydia. The girl was on her phone, whilst also swatting her hand around. Once she caught the two teens looking at her, she seemed to sink down in her chair a bit.

"What you doing?" Danny asked, a brow raised.

"There's a fly!" Lydia whispered back.

Jade was about to question what she was on about, as she couldn't see any flies, but didn't have a chance to when a hand was slammed onto her desk.

"Pierce! Was it you who set up the prank in my office?"

She tried to fake a look of confusion, bouncing her leg under the desk. By the panicked shaking of heads from Scott, Stiles and Max, she was right to do so. "No?"

Coach nodded before spinning around to Allison and doing the same thing. God, this man was fighting a losing battle because no one even knew who had done it, apart from the four of them.

After what felt like the shortest class of their lives, the bell rang, the class practically stampeding to leave.

Pushing all of her things into her bag, Jade said a quick goodbye to Allison and Lydia, who were heading to their lockers. She sat backwards on a desk, waiting for the others to pack up.
