Don't Go Away (Leif x Reader)

~Chapter 14~

     "I swear I'm going to figure this out if it kills me!!" Noi rages, looking down at the clothing.

     Walking through the sanctuary, Y/N and Leif enter the living room, Leif fully clothed in his human disguise.

     "I heard "killing"?" Leif's eyes glow up.

     "Woah you did it, Leif!" Noi shouts.

     "Yeah, I'm clearly the best here," Leif places his hands on his hips, flashing his usual smirk

     "Yeah, not like I helped you or anything," Y/N rolls her eyes.

     "I believe I was the first one to be fully dressed, actually," Rhys lifts his pointer finger to be seen.

     "You did great Rhys," Y/N smiles up at him, patting his shoulder.

     "Thank you, your highness," Rhys smiles back.

     "Wow! Princess Y/N, you should help me too!!" Noi raises his hand, wanting to be assisted as well.

     "Yeah, I'll-"

     "Y/N! Get in here," Ava's door opens and she's seen popping her head out, calling the other female to get inside.

     "Oh, sorry Noi one moment."

     Y/N walks over to Ava's bedroom, enters, and closes the door behind her.

     "What is it, Ava?" Y/N asks.

     "I just thought you might need some privacy to get ready, here," Ava walks to the walk-in closet and opens the doors. She helps herself to get her daily outfit while Y/N picks out the set that she loved the most from earlier that morning.

     After a few minutes, the two females are fully dressed and ready. Ava grabs a green present and opens the bedroom door, Y/N following behind.

     "Alright, here's what's gonna happen. Rhys, you're gonna come with me to deliver this present since you were the first to get your clothes on the fastest," Ava walks out to the living room, the present tucked underneath her arm while she checks her pockets to make sure she has her phone and keys to the apartment.

     "Really?!" Rhys' blue eyes glow up at the thought of being chosen for an important task.

     "Not. Fair," Pierce grunts.

     "Yeah!!" Noi agrees.

     "I thought I would be chosen..." Y/N looks down at the floor.

     "Stop acting like children! And you! Don't order my men around!" Asch demands.

     "If you guys want to learn more about Earth, then stop fighting and let me help you," Ava responds, taking a step closer to Asch.

     Asch glares down at Ava for a few moments before she speaks again, "Just trust me. I'm not going to fight this anymore, I'm just gonna go along with it."

     Ava brushes past Asch as she walks toward Rhys, setting down the present on the table. Y/N sneaks over to go in between Noi and Leif.

     "Now, uh, the horns-" Ava points up at Rhys' dark blue horns poking out of his head.

     Rhys, now worried, answers, "What?"

     "Look, humans don't naturally have horns," Ava rolls her eyes. "You're going to have to wear a hat or something that will cover it up."

     "We had our horns showing before back when we first arrived, why is it a big deal now?" Y/N notes.

     "Yeah well, it'll look odd since you'll be wearing regular human clothing, not your world's traditional robes," Ava answers, placing her hands on the glass table and leaning on it. "It just doesn't fit what humans originally see. If any of you walk out of here with human clothes on and your horns, you'll be seen and be sent to Area 51 or, wherever the government sends non-humans."
