The autobots were stationed in a base in Chicago, having to monitor amd hunt down any decepticon foes that were around the world or within the city itself. Dominus was patrolling in the outskirts of the city in his Alt-mode.

After a few miles of driving, he came across a abandoned building that was large enough to fit a dinosaur, more specifically a t-rex. The truck slowed down due to his scanners picking up a large energon spike from within the building, this of course caused the young prime to come to a stop and made sure no humans were around so that he could transform and investigate the sudden spike in energon. When his transformation was over, his optics online and he turned his helm to look at the building with a neutral gaze but his mind filled with questions whilehe holds his rifle.
