Hiccup's POV

Toothless and I just took another lap around the island, hoping to find Selene and the twins. Poor Crystal was really panicking, wondering what happened to her sister. We decided to stop by the academy, just in case they showed up there. But, they weren't there. Crystal made a whimpering sound and Toothless nuzzled his head underneath her chin to cheer her up. "I know, Crystal. I'm worried about Selene too. But, she's tough." I told the Light Fury and she nuzzled her head against my stomach. I grabbed Selene's sword from it's place on Crystal's saddle, just looking at it. 'Please be alright.' The Furies and I walked out of the academy to see a sleepy Meatlug and worried Fishlegs. "Hiccup, any sign of them yet?" Fishlegs asked me. "None. The others stopped for the night, to rest their dragons." I told the boy hoping he would rest Meatlug. "I don't blame them. Look at Meatlug, she's sleep-flying." We looked over and saw Meatlug spewing lava in her sleep, before waking up to see it. "I got some previsions, I'm going back out." I told Fishlegs. "Wait, what are you gonna do, fly all night?" Fishlegs asked me as I got back on Toothless. "I have too. The twins are Thor knows where and Selene was on the Skrill last time I saw her." I told the boy. "You're right, we'll come with you." Fishlegs told me before Meatlug flew into him in her sleep. "I think you're both done for the night. Don't worry, we'll bring the three of them home." I told Fishlegs before flying off again. 'Don't worry twins and Selene. We'll bring you home.' I thought to myself. I knew the twins could handle themselves, but Selene was on the back of the Skrill last time I saw her. I know she knows her way with dragons, but, she always does something reckless to get her point across.

Selene's POV

"Seems like we got the Dragon Girl too, excellent." I heard voices as my body was slowly waking back up again. I finally found the strength to open up my eyes and saw I was in an Outcast cage, again. "Oh for the love of dragons." I whispered to myself. I then saw Outcasts and Berserkers trying to get the Skrill to relax. "This isn't good. Outcasts and Berserkers working together, not a good combination." I mumbled to myself. "I actually think it's a fine combination." I recognized that horrid voice anywhere. And then Dagur appeared in front of my cage. "Now that I have you and the Skrill, I can easily take Hiccup's Night Fury along with your Fury." I internally gasped at the last part. 'Dagur saw Crystal! Crap!' I scolded myself. "You really think you can tame a Skrill, Dagur? You can't even manage to get close to Toothless." I told the Berserker chief and he just scowled before walking away. I saw the Skrill blast a bolt of lightning at some Outcast soldiers and one of them got hit. "Let me go, you unsavory creatures!" The Skrill roared at Alvin and Dagur. I reached for my sword, but remembered it was on Crystal's saddle bag. 'What can I do? I don't have any weapons, not to mention that I'm surrounded by psychos.' I thought to myself. I saw the Outcast soldiers push the Skrill into my cage and I was about to take the muzzle off, but a sword slashed my arm instead. "Ahh!" I screamed in pain. I looked over and saw Dagur was a sword tainted with my blood. "Don't worry, Dragon Princess. You'll be able to tell the Skrill to do whatever I want soon enough. Then, you'll rule by my side with your dragon." Dagur told me and I spat in his face. "Good luck getting her to listen to you." I recognized that malicious tone. Then, the cranky old Mildew came over. Dagur wiped my saliva off his face before walking away with a scowl on his face. I glared at Mildew and he quickly retreated too. "Loved the spit portion of that." I heard the Skrill tell me. I turned around and thanked him before flinching because of the pain in my hand. The Skrill then came over and gently licked my wound clean. "Thanks. And sorry about the mess we got into. I swear, I won't let Dagur use us as weapons." I promised the Skrill. He nodded at me and laid down by me.

"Don't worry. I'm sure Hiccup, Toothless and Crystal are gonna find and save us." The Skrill flinched when I mentioned Toothless and Hiccup. "You're not a fan of Vikings are you?" I asked him and he just sighed. "I don't know how long it has been but, Vikings are the reason why I was frozen in that ice." My attention was on high alert now. "I was being chased by some Vikings that had the exact same symbol on their ships. I tried hiding in some ice, but it submerged in water and I froze." I put a hand on the Skrill's head and scratched it. "I can't imagine how lonely you must've been. But, my friends aren't like that. They love dragons and want to protect them." The Skrill looked unconvinced but, he gazed into my eyes and saw I wasn't lying. "I trust you. You said you name was Selene, correct? My name is Levin." I raised my hand over Levin's snout and turned my head away, soon I felt his snout on my hand. "Now, we just have to find a way out of here before Alvin and Dagur use us to destroy Berk." I told Levin as I searched for a weak spot in the bars. "Is this Berk really as good as you say?" Levin asked me. "Yeah. The first Vikings to make peace with dragons." I told him, then I heard a familiar crazy laugh. Then Dagur appeared from the corner. Levin got in front of me to protect me from Dagur. "Oh, this is even better. Now, my little dragon princess has made friends with my Skrill. So, now I can destroy Hiccup!" Dagur was just as psychotic as ever. Some guards opened the cage and I delivered a kick to both of their jaws'. "Wanna be next, Dagur?" I asked him as Levin chuckled. Dagur looked scared until I felt a smack to my head and my conscious left me.

Selene's POV

When I came to, I saw that I was now on Dagur's ship and Levin was tied up with a metal collar and ropes leading downwards. I then saw a familiar black figure before the ship. "Let Selene and the Skrill go, Dagur!" Hiccup shouted at the Berserker chief. "I don't think so, Hiccup!" Dagur then grabbed the ropes holding Levin and started tugging on them for him to attack Hiccup and Toothless. Levin looked at me with hesitation. "I don't want to hurt them." Levin told me. I then felt a nudge and smelled Crystal! No Berserkers were near me so I whispered my plan in her ear. "Tell Levin to pretend to attack Hiccup and Toothless. Then, lure Dagur to a body of water so Levin can use his lightning to give Dagur a swift bolt to the head." I whispered to her and she quickly flew up and told Levin the plan. Levin roared in 'anger' at Toothless and Dagur took the ropes and had Levin 'chase' them. I saw a sword nearby so I scooted over and cut the ropes binding my wrists. I saw the Berserkers in the boat were watching Levin chase Toothless, so I decided to jump overboard. I snuck to the side of the ship and saw Crystal waiting for me. "The dragon girl is getting away!" I turned and saw the Berserkers coming at me. "Bye!" I shouted an jumped onto Crystal and she took to the skies. As she flew, I noticed Savage and multiple Outcast soldiers in Berserker vessels, but no Alvin. "Let's go save Levin." I told Crystal. "Glad you're safe." She told me and shot off towards the boys. We got there just in time to see Levin give Dagur an electric shock that knocked him out. "Way to go, Levin!" I told the Skrill. He turned around and gave me a smile. "Levin?" I heard Hiccup ask and I nodded. "Yup. Toothless and Hiccup, Levin. Levin, Toothless and Hiccup." I introduced the boys. "You made friends with the Skrill! Can we keep him?" I heard the twins. I turned my head a bit and saw the twins. "Sorry guys. But I think Levin deserves a break. I'm taking him to Thunderstream." I told them and they groaned. "Follow us, Levin. We'll see you guys back at Berk." I told the others and Crystal quickly shot off towards our birth home with Levin behind us. "Who is Thunderstream?" Levin asked me and Crystal. "Don't worry, Levin. Thunderstream is a Stormcutter who took Crystal and myself in when we were hatchlings." I told the Skrill many stories of our birth home and I could see the tension leave him. "There it is!" Crystal cheered as we swooped down to the nesting grounds. I saw Thunderstream gathering the hatchlings for feeding time when Crystal roared for her. She looked up and her tail started to wag. Crystal landed and Thunderstream immediately cuddled my sister and I. "We've missed you too, mom. This is Levin." I told her about what happened and she licked Levin's head. "Welcome to the family, Levin." Levin's face lit up and then I saw Shrill coming over.

"Sweet! Another Skrill!" I patted Shrill on the head and both the Skrills faces' lit up. "I'm glad you're safe little flame." Thunderstream told me as she nuzzled me. "Me too, mom. Crystal and I better get back to Berk. I should let my friends know that Levin is ok." Thunderstream nodded her head. Levin came back over and nuzzled into me. "Thanks for saving me." I chuckled and hugged his head. "Of course." Crystal and I then returned to Berk to see Hiccup and Toothless outside waiting for us. "How did it go?" Hiccup asked me as the dragons started to play together. "Levin is going to be ok. Shrill has taken a shine to him." I told him and I saw he was hiding something. "What's wrong? You've been jittery since what happened at Outcast island." Hiccup sighed and took my hands in his. "I-I was scared that Dagur would hurt you or worse." I sighed and snuggled into his chest. Hiccup hesitated but wrapped his arms around me and tightened his grip. "I'm not going anywhere, Hiccup. And that's a promise." I told the boy and we stared up at the stars for the rest of the night.
