Always has a massive hat that dips over her face

Jars contain a spirit each:
- one box jellyfish
- one albatross

Lantern summons two spirits:
- one marlin
- one leatherback turtle

Soft spoken and would rather keep to herself, Ivery Sullen is a Spirit Sorcerer, born with magics imbued within her to speak with spirits.

Home schooled by noble parents along with her sister, Lisseria, Ivery never spoke to anyone outside her family except for their family servants.

Grown particularly attached to their old, wisened butler and her younger sister, Ivery spent her childhood researching the long histories of her kingdom home, Narsarid, and forages in the woods and explores tide pools for spirits she can collect.

Born in Narsarid, a coastal kingdom, Ivery also had a vast understanding of the ocean, and communed with the spirits of the sea regularly, though never stepping foot into seawater.

Born with a natural apathy and emotional detachment from the human reality, Ivery's noble parents gave up on her being a noblewoman like them, instead letting Ivery do as she pleased while their efforts were more focused on Lisseria.

One time stumbling along the rocky coast as a child of twelve years old, Ivery slipped into the ocean, and being unable to swim, was dragged into the depths of the sheer, underwater cliff.

Rescued by the force of a benevolent Marlin spirit, it struck a deal with Ivery to have one of her eyes, so as to be able to see the world like she can, and like it once could.

The two souls would forever be bound, as the Marlin would find freedom in its new companion, and Ivery would be saved from a watery grave.

She promised the Marlin that it could follow her, keeping its soul in the lantern she once carried to illuminate shadowy woods.

The Marlin, however, couldn't bring Ivery back home from their isolated coast, for it wasn't native to the coasts of Narsarid.

Ivery then found the spirit of a leatherback turtle once stranded on their current coast and left to die.

She promised to bring it to the sea, learning of its tragedy where the turtle was washed over rocky shores and trapped in a pit.

The turtle was on its way to the Narsarid beach to lay its eggs, where it was born from.

Ivery was taken home by the Turtle, though she had given up her other eye in an exchange, so that the Turtle could see them a safe path home...

Now only able to see through the views of her familiars, Ivery dedicates every second of her waking life to research of spirits and collecting them.

Marlin and Leatherback follow Ivery wherever she goes, now living in her lantern.

As for Ivery herself, she now owns a cottage far away from the town square of Narsarid.

She lives by the sea, on the beach where she had once lost her eyes.

Known by townsfolk now as Ivery Wraith, the Ghost Witch, Sullen is forgotten in her lost family's name, as she lives in solidarity forevermore...
