It's a typical late night at the Gilmore house, our three Gilmore girls sitting on the couch, tv on, skittles in Victoria's hand.

"I like these women" Victoria says watching the tv. "I love these woman" Lorelai says.

"Poor Edie" Rory comments. "Which Edie?" Victoria asks her. "Little Edie. She's just trying to sing, and her mom won't stop talking" Rory answers.

"Big Edie was so beautiful in her day" Lorelai says.

"They were both pretty" Victoria tells her. "I can't believe they were related to Jackie" Lorelai says.

"The Kennedys hid them in the background for many years" Rory replies. "Well, when you're a Kennedy, how do you choose who in the family to hide?" Victoria says. "It's a tough choice" Rory nods.

"There's something beautiful about them though, they're cool, they're free" Lorelai says.

"Yeah, and they're memorable. Most people are forgettable" Victoria agrees. "And they're happy" Rory adds.

"And they had their cats, and raccoons" Victoria lists theirs animals. "And their pretty house" Lorelai says. "And each other" Rory finishes.

"Add a few years and they're us" Victoria says.

"Yeah" Rory laughs. "Yeah" she repeats more seriously realizing just how right her sister is.

"Yeah" Lorelai says in a sad voice.

"This is so cool, spending thanksgiving together like an old married couple It's weird though, I never even go to thanksgiving at my grandparents, they had to trap my mom into agreeing that we'll go to this one" Victoria tells him.

"I'm just shocked your grandparents actually invited me" Tristan says. "Of course they did, you're smart, rich, destined for Yale, and come from a good family. Exactly what they want for me" Victoria replies.

"And is that what you want for you?" Tristan asks her. "I want you for me" Victoria says as she stops walking and turns to face him. "Good" Tristan says putting his hands on her waist.

"Good?" Victoria replies.

"Very good" Tristan says leaning down to kiss her.

"How are we going to go to four thanksgiving dinners?" Rory asks while she walks down the street to Luke's with her mother and sister.

"It's not four, is it?" Victoria asks. "Lane's house, Sookie's, and we always stop by Luke's, that's three, and grandma and grandpa is four" Rory lists.

"We're mad, Edie" Lorelai comments. "We're us, Edie" Victoria says. "Well we've got to go to my parents' or be brought up on war crimes, Lane's is always super early so that's easy to catch, Sookie's is mid afternoon" Lorelai plans it out.

"Luke's the tougher" Rory says.

"I guess that's the one we'll have to skip, bummer" Victoria says genuinely sad about ditching Luke on thanksgiving. "I know, but he won't care. Holidays are nothing to him anyway" Lorelai assures her.

"Hey, Kirk, discover a new freaky fetish?" Lorelai asks seeing Kirk with a bunch of cat stuff in his arms. "What?" Kirk asks confused. "Nothing. Did you buy a cat?" Rory asks him.

"Yep. I'm very excited" Kirk answers.

"You seen it. So what's all this?" Victoria asks. "I'm assuming there's nothing left in the store" Rory jokes.

"Actually there are a number of things left" Kirk takes her comment to seriously. "No, I meant you seem to be buying a lot of stuff" Rory explains. "Oh, sorry. My excitement must be clouding my ability to judge comedic hyperbole" Kirk says.
