"Only one man ever saw it and lived and that's Old Man Ding" he said. Toph walks forward. "Where does Old Man Ding live?" She said. The man told us the address and that's where we head to next. Let's hope this doesn't have anything to do with what I've been dreading off.

-Hama: The Puppet-Master-

Y/N P.O.V

We make our way towards the house the man told us about, where old man Ding lived. I turn my head to look forward and notice a man barricading a house. I think that's him.

"Old man Ding?" Aang said, when we're close to him. "Huh?" He said. He accidentally hammers his thumb. I wince at the sight as he waves his hand.

"Ow, dang blame it! What? Can't you see I'm busy? Got a full moon rising. And why does everyone call me that? I'm not that old!" He said. He walks up to a wooden plank. He tries to lift it up, but seems like it's too heavy. He lets out a sigh.

"Well, I'm young at heart" he said, turning to look at us. I gently nudge Aang. He flinch and turns to look at me. I give him a look and gesture towards the man with my eyes. He gets what I'm trying to say and go to help the man.

Aang holds the board with old man nails it. Sokka helps nailing it on the window. "Not ready to get snapped up by some moon monster yet at least" he said.

"We wanted to ask you about that" Sokka said. "Did you get a good look at the spirit that took you?" Aang said. Old man Ding turns to look at us.

"Didn't see no spirit, just felt something come over me, like I was possessed. Forced me to start walking toward the mountain" he said, pointing towards the mountain. I turn my head to look.

"I tried to fight it, but I couldn't control my own limbs. It just about had me into a cave up there" he starts to walk as if he's a puppet. Wait... puppet? I start to feel a little uneasy. It couldn't be... can it?

"And I looked up at the moon for what I thought would be my last glimpse of light. But then the sun started to rise and I got control of myself again! I just high-tailed it away from that mountain as quick as I could!" He said.

I turn to look at old man Ding. "Why would a spirit want to take people to a mountain?" Sokka said. I have a feeling that it wasn't a spirit. But a person... I suspect Hama.

"Oh no!" Toph suddenly yelled out. I jump and place my hands on my dual swords hilt. "What's with the sudden yell, Toph?" I said, relaxing. I remove my hand from the hilt.

"I did hear people screaming under the mountain. The missing villagers must still be there!" She said. I stare at her with a worried gaze and turn to look at the mountain again. "Then we have to get them out!" I said. Aang and Sokka nods their heads, agreeing with me.

We stop running as Toph kneels down, placing her hand on the ground. "I can hear them. They're this way!" She said. She stands up and starts running again. The three of us just follows her lead.

Eventually, we ended up by the wall's entrance. We stop in front of it. "This is the place" she said. "I can't see anything down there" Sokka said, squinting his eyes.

"That's why you have me. Let's go!" She said. She grabs his hand. Aang grabs my hand and start to lead me through the darkness. I just put my trust on him. At times like this is where I wish I have my bending.

Aang and Sokka finally find torches. They lit it up. We continue to make our way deeper into the cave. As the light of the fire lit up the cave, we can see a bunch of people there.

"We're saved!" One of them said. Toph takes off her meteor bracelet and begins to unlock their cuffs. "I didn't know spirits made prisons like this. Who brought you here?" Aang said. I take a step forward.

"It wasn't a spirit... but a human, right?" I said. A woman nods her head. "Yeah... it was no spirit..." she said. Aang turns to look at me. "When did you realize this, sis?" He said. I turn to look at him.

"Since old Man Ging starts acting like a puppet..." I said. Aang stares at me in confusion. "Do you know who it is?" He said. I shake my head lightly. "I just have my suspicion. But I'm not 100% sure..." I said. I turn to look at the villagers.

"Tell us who..." I said. "It was a witch!" A man said. "Why do you mean?" Sokka said. "She seems like a normal old woman, but she controls people like some dark puppetmaster!" A woman said. I clench my hands into a tight fist.

"I was right! It was her..." I said, turning to look at Sokka. He grits his teeth in anger. "Hama!" He said. I nod my head in agreement. "Yes, the innkeeper" a man said.

"I knew there was something creepy about her!" Sokka said. My eyes widened as I realize something. "Oh no, Katara!" I said. Sokka's and Aang's eyes widened. "We have to stop Hama!" Aang said. "I'll get these people out of here. You go!" Toph said. We nod our heads and turns around to leave the cave.

Time-skip

We run towards the hill. I can see Katara and Hama in the middle of a battle. "We know what you've been doing, Hama!" Sokka said. "You have to take the responsibility of your action!" I said. "Give up! You're outnumbered!" Aang said. Hama rises up.

"No... you outnumbered yourself!" She said. I turn to look at Sokka and Aang as they move. I stare at the sight in horror. What the hell is going on! What's wrong with them??

"Katara, look out!" Sokka said, as he pulls out his sword. He rush towards Katara who use her water-bending to move him out of the way. I rush towards him and grabs his arm. But no matter how hard I try to stop him, he's too strong.

"It's like my brain has a mind of its own! Stop it arm, stop it! Y/N, move out of the away! I could ended up hurting you!" He yelled. He use his free hand to push me away.

"This feels weird" Aang said. I turn my head to see Katara freezing him to the tree. "I'm sorry, Aang!" She said. "It's okay!" He said. Sokka rushes towards her with his sword ready. Katara do the same with him.

"Don't hurt your friends, Katara! And don't let them hurt each other!" Hama said. She moves her arms and they rushes towards each other. "No!!" I yelled. I lift my hand and she instantly stops.

Hama stands frozen as she stares at me in shock. I gasp in shock at what is happening. I drop my hand which makes Hama able to move. I stare at my hand, not knowing what just happened.

"You..." Hama said, in shock. She shakes her head and lift her hand to me. I feel blood rushing through my vein. I start to move on my own. I pull out my dual swords and rushes towards Katara. She lifts her hand towards Hama and stops her. Katara makes her kneels down.

I can see the villagers running towards us with Toph. "You're going to be locked away forever" a man said. They grab Hama and start to take her away. She turn to Katara and smirks.

"My work is done. Congratulations, Katara. You're a blood-bender" she said. I turn to look at Katara as she starts to cry. She kneels down. Aang wraps his arm around her. I start to feel faint and sway a little.

"Y/N... are you okay?" Sokka said. I turn to look at him, but my sight are blurry. I start to sway a little. Sokka rushes forward and catches me in his arms. "Y/N!" I hear Aang's voice. But that's the last thing I hear, then everything went black.
