Your school alarm goes off, thank God it's Friday, and it's the last day of school for winter break. Dragging yourself out of bed to quickly shower and change into black jeans, a shirt and one of Eddie's jackets.
Heading downstairs you grabbed a cereal bar and made your way to school, Eddie normally goes with you but he's running late, if he doesn't show up you know to make your own way, he must've slept good lastnight you smiled to yourself watching your feet walk, suddenly a high pitched shriek came up beside you "JESUS FUCKING CHRIST DUSTIN!!"

You shout clenching your chest, Dustin just laughed and hopped off his bike pushing it beside you, you push his arm playfully. "Morning y/n! No Eddie today?" He asks looking behind you "Um, no he's probably sleeping in and running late" You reply kicking a stone "Soooo, was you with him all night or?" He smirks
"No, not all night" You add and Dustins eyes shot up at you and a big grin crept across his face "Behave child" You both laughed "Steve um, also turned up lastnight" You add "Ooooh so it was just the three of you...?" He said giggling to himself "Oh shut up Dusty" You say shaking your head "He came over to apologise for the other day, and wanted to clear things up with Eddie but he uh, was in the shower" Dustins eyes narrowed then nodded "Steve means well, he's just not that great with saying the right things" Dustin was right. He really wasn't.
"Can I...?" You ask stopping in your path gesturing to his bike, "Oh sure! Just the left break doesn't work so be careful" He says letting you take his bike "Well ain't you sweet worrying about my safety" You said jokingly, hopping on his bike and riding off ahead "Hey...uh, y/n...?!" Dustin says as you ride off further into the distance "Have I just lost my bike...?! Am-am I walking the rest of the way to school?!...are you going to stop? No...she's gone" He signed and began to run after you down the road "Heyyy!...wait up!"
You got a good distance away from Dustin till you decided to give him a break and wait for him to catch up, you then both made your way to school.

First period started and about 10 minutes later Eddie walked in, "See me after school, Munson" The teacher said in a not so surprised tone,he didn't even look up from his book
