NOBODY SLEPT THAT night, no matter how much it vaguely went through their heads that it would be a good idea -- they were all shaken up over the whole ordeal and so Erica being the one who was least affected by the trauma that Davy Jones left behind as she wasn't there. So it had become her job to fill mugs of hot chocolate and keep morale high

But that was becoming increasingly harder

"I mean what do we do?" Jaclyn was the first one to break the silence, it had been a long silence at that. Not even a mummer had been heard in the last half hour, everyone was just trying to get it in their heads around the fact that Davy Jones had been brought back to life and their worlds had just been turned upside down

She looked ragged and tired and like she just wanted to hide away with Erica in a room forever. The pain was bright in her eyes and Erica just wanted to hold her as tight as she could and never let her go

They were all quite broken already

"We fight--" Elizabeth said, ever the King among men. While Erica was staying out of the fighting, for the time being, something inside her was clawing for a fight. It had been docile for so long now that when the mention of a real fight was brought up, some kind of horrible thing in her chest wanted out

It was screaming at her

As Erica sat in one of the empty Pirate Lord chairs, where the four of them had taken up residence, after Elizabeth and Will had put their son to bed, apparently tucking him in extra tight and telling him that everything was going to be okay. Nobody seemed to notice as she picked at her nail bed and a frown formed on her face, a knot twisting in her chest

"We go to the Enchanted Forest, taking everything and everyone we can and pray that we don't have to fight. It's not our fight, not anymore" Jaclyn exclaimed, voice firm and unwavering in her motion not to fight "We do as Cally suggests and get the hell out of here while we can--"

"And how long do you expect that to work?"

"I don't care as long as I protect what's mine"

"Now you sound like Barbossa"

"Don't bring him into this!"

Erica slammed her head down on the table, not even concerned if she knocked herself out because at least it would give her a moment of peace, she let the arguing droll on around her. She wasn't getting involved, this wasn't her fight. But something inside her gut was tugging at her, telling her to fight. To burn everything down into ash and watch it as the embers skip away in the gusting wind. To fight until she couldn't anymore and everything was painted in red and everything was chaos and madness

Something was in her and it was itching for blood.

"And what if he comes after you? You know he will Captain. That was the deal, wasn't it? Thirteen years of being a Captain and your soul was his?" Elizabeth sneered unkindly, her eyes brimming with the kind of fire that only came from being a royal and having power over people
