Previously M/n had died , Sans was traumatized, Gaster Got Scars on his face, Still innocent Papyrus, and Monsters got locked inside the underground.

Sans and his family were now stuck in the underground. It took a while but they got used to the new environment, They began to expand and explore the underground.

Gaster has gone mental and overworked himself with his work to cope with his depression and stress and the loss of his wife. Gaster has to raise Sans and Papyrus alone, Sans took care of Papyrus most of the time since Gaster was mostly enveloped with his work. Sans and Papyrus live with Gaster in the lab most of the time since Gaster has to keep an eye on them.
Soon, Gaster slowly changed into a mad man. The once loving father rarely gave attention to his kids and was mostly doing his projects and work. He then went too far in experimenting on monsters... Also so far that he experimented on his own Son, Sans.

{ No One's POV }

Sans was peacefully sleeping until he felt someone shaking him which woke him up. "D-Dad? *Yawn* Do you need something? " Sans asks Gaster, "Son, I apologize for waking you at this hour, but I need your help with a little project of mine" Sans quickly got up and followed his father. "I want you to sit here" Gaster pointed to the chair in front of him, it had straps and... Weird objects around it. Sans didn't question it, he was a bit sleepy and couldn't think straight, so he sat on the chair. Gaster locked in the straps, making Sans unable to escape his chair "Dad, Is this really necessary to strap me on this seat? " Sans questions, but he didn't get a response. Gaster held an injection with weird fluid that seemed to illuminate, Sans looked at it in confusion 'is he going to inject me that fluid? Is it some sort of medicine? Wait. Am I sick? I'm pretty sure I'm healthy. ' While Sans was questioning himself, Gaster Injected the fluid into his arm, Sans felt the pain slowly coursing through his body "A-Aghh!" Sans screamed in pain, Sans tried to calm himself down and muffled down his pain. "Be strong Sans, You can do it" Sans looked at his father, Gaster was writing notes down while looking at Sans, "D-Dad, I-ts hurts so bad..."

"I know, But stay strong for Daddy okay? I'll be injecting more of those once you recovered from the pain. " Sans seemed to pale more at the mention of being injected more from those fluids. Sans didn't like the pain, it was so painful, that he couldn't bear the pain. Sans gulped at what his father had said, Gaster refilled the injection with the same fluid.

[ A few Hours Later ]

Sans was sweating and groaning in pain, he had coughed out blood multiple times, and his vocal cords hurted from all the screaming and shouting. Sans cried in pain, His body was shaking, and can no longer move from all of that pain he experienced, He surprisingly hasn't blacked out, the straps were being untied. Sans felt himself being carried by his father back to his room "It's such a shame that we have to end it so quickly, we'll continue this tomorrow, for now, get some rest" Gaster gently placed Sans down on his bed. Sans's body was still shaking, He was practically paralyzed. "Goodnight Sans" And once Gaster said that He closed the door shut, Leaving sans paralyzed and frightened on his bed, Sans didn't know what to think of his father anymore. He still loves his father but what he did to him will leave a scar on him forever. Sans eventually went into a deep slumber.
