-Y/N'S POV-
Thunder sounded through the sky, causing me to slightly flinch as we stand in front of the strange girl from the woods
"Is there a number we can call?" Mike broke the silence. The girl looked up quickly at the sudden sound. "For your parents?"
"Your hair, do you have cancer?" Dustin asked. I quickly smacked his arm with the back of my hand
"Did you run away?" Lucas asked
"Are you in some kind of trouble?" I spoke and stepped in front of the boys. Lucas went to touch her, but Mike smacked his hand down "Stop it! Your freaking her out!" He yelled
"She's freaking me out!" Lucas argued
"I bet she's deaf" they paused and Dustin clapped his hands in front of her causing her to flinch "Nope, not deaf"
I turned to face the boys "Alright, that's enough of that. She's just scared and cold. Mike go grab one of my pajama shirts and a pair of pajama shorts from the dryer" with that Mike went to go grab them
Thunder sounded once more causing me to look up, Mike handed me the clothes he grabbed and I turned to the girl "Here, change clothes. K?" slowly she grabbed them and rubbed them to her cheek. I looked at the boys confused and they were just as confused as me.
I turned back to the girl as she stood up. She reached her hands to take off her shirt, the boys turned around and covered there faces screaming "oh my god!" and "Woah! Woah! Woah!" quickly I grabbed her wrist "woah! Hey! See, over there is the bathroom," I pointed to the bathroom door "Privacy. Get it?"
She looked confused then quickly grabbed the clothes and walked to the bathroom, Mike followed her. I stood next to Dustin as Lucas walked over, we heard Mike talking to the girl. She can speak, I don't think she likes being alone.
"This is mental!!" Dustin argued
"At least she can talk." Mike said
"She said 'yes' and 'no' your 3 year old sister says more!" Lucas argued
"She tried to get naked!" Dustin added
"There's something seriously wrong with her" Lucas pointed out "Like wrong in the head"
"She just went like-" Dustin copied what the girl had tried to do but he ended up knocking his hat off. I rolled my eyes and picked it up placing it on his head, I adjusted myself so that I could fix a few curls that didn't look right.
"I bet she escaped from Penthurst!" Lucas looked between all of us
"From where?" Mike looked at him like he was crazy
"The nuthouse in Kerley County." Lucas confirmed
"You got a lot of family there?" I asked turning away from Dustin and shifting my weight back and forth from my heal to the balls of my feet
"Bite me!" Lucas half shouted at me then continued his thoughts "Seriously though, think about it! That would explain her shaved hair, and why she's so crazy"
"Why she went like-" Dustin copied the motion careful not to knock his hat off again
"She's an escapee is the point, she's probably a psycho"
"Like Michael Myers?" Dustin asked
"Exactly!"
"So you wanted us to just leave her out in that storm!?" Mike snapped
"Yes! We went out to find Will, not another problem!" Lucas argued again
"We should probably tell your mom." Dustin said looking at me then to Mike
