I go to bed. I can't stop thinking about what Jeremiah did.

I can't stop thinking about the fact that I'm glad he did it...

Jesus, I need to sleep.

"Y/n," I hear a whisper in my face and I shoot up. I shoot up right into Jeremiah's forehead.

"Ow!" I say, holding my head. He holds his too. "Jesus, what do you want?"

"You know I like Belly?" He asks.

"No shit. You practically drool around her."

"Okay, but you like Conrad." He adds quietly.

"So what?" I ask annoyed.

"So," He pauses. "So what if we helped each other?" His voice is more timid than usual.

"What?"

"Like what if we helped each other?" He says again.

"You can't repeat the same thing and expect me to understand it now." The annoyance in my tone growing.

"I mean- I mean, she's your sister.. and- and he's my brother. So maybe we could, help?" He mutters.

I pinch the bridge of my nose, "What are you suggesting?"

"I could help set you up with Conrad if you help me with Belly."

"Dude, that is below lame. I don't need his younger brother to help set me up."

"Clearly you do." He shoots back.

"And what's that supposed to mean?" I argue.

"That he was about to kiss your sister last night!" He retorts.

I groan.

"What is your stupid little plan anyways?" I ask.

"I dunno, we just put in a good word or something?" He's even questioning himself.

"I dUnNo," I mock. "Putting in a 'good word' isn't gonna do shit."

"Well do you have a better idea!?" He argues.

I pause for a minute and look directly ahead of me at my dresser. My dresser with books on it.

"Actually, yeah.." I say slowly.

"Well?" He waves his hand in front of my face.

I swat him away, "We have to make them see that they like us," I pause, "Make them jealous."

"How?" He asks.

I flop into my bed dramatically.

"We pretend to like each other?" I say into my pillow.

"What?" He asks, clearly not understanding my muffled voice.

"We pretend to like each other." I lift my head up and fake gag.

"How is that gonna do anything?" He asks impatiently.

"It's in one of my books. Seeing them like each other made us jealous right?"

He nods.

"Than seeing us together might,"

He cuts me off before I finish, "Make them jealous!" He snaps his fingers.

"Ding, ding, ding." I say.

"Okay, so how do we do that?" He asks. "Nobody in their right mind is gonna believe we even tolerate each other.

"We start off slow I guess? Just get flirty around Con and Belly? Maybe a little bit around Steven?" I suggest.

"And the moms." He adds.

"Ew! The moms!?" I ask in disgust.

"We have to make it believable right?" He argues.

I nod my head with a nasty look on my face.

"Okay, so what do we do first? To ease into things." He asks.

"I have a deb dance rehearsal tomorrow?" I suggest.

"You want me to come as your date!?" He looks like he'd rather eat raw slugs than do that.

"No! I haven't asked anyone yet so you can come in and be my knight in shinning armor. Step in." I explain.

"Awe, you haven't asked anyone yet? Poor Y/n, gets no bitches." He mocks.

I smack him, "Ow!"

"Just come in tomorrow at 12:15." I say, "Now get out."
