"Hey don't forget, my Mom want's us to join them for dinner Friday, plus my brother has been begging to see you again" Dani reminded Wilbur, staring at her Glow in the dark star covered ceiling while on the phone with Wilbur.

They'd been on call for a little over three hours now. for people who live close to one another you'd think they'd talk in person more.

and they do, but when they cant it resorts to long ass phone calls that seep into the night.

"Alright, that's fine. I haven't seen your family in a while so it'll be nice to catch-" He yawned "up with them"

It was late, midnight. Granted both of them have stayed up much later then this but they were getting tired.

"Tired?" Dani asked, knowing so.

"Yeah, woke up early this morning. No biggies though if you want to talk some more"

"Well I'm feeling pretty tired myself, so lets call it here and get some rest. Okay?"

"Sure, I'll text you in the morning then, or so"

"Okay, and so help me god if i find out you stayed up late even though your almost falling asleep on call" Dani threatened, but jokingly. She knew Wilbur was a grown ass man who could decide when he wanted to go to bed or not.

"Okay. Goodnight, Sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite, all that stuff"

"Goodnight, sleep tight aswell"

"Are you gonna' let the bed bugs bite me?"

"Maybe, they're lonely Wil, they just want some friends"

"Okay maybe so, goodnight" he laughed

"Night"

They hung up, and well, went to bed like they said they would.

The next morning and afternoon went pretty normal, the pair didn't talk a whole lot during the day, but Dani assumed that Wil was preoccupied with stuff and was maybe nervous for later, like Dani was.

She would classify it more as happy nervousness, or excitement nervous more than anxiety nerves. Dani was excited, and Wil was right, they hadn't been on a real dinner date together, this would be nice. They still have plans for dinner at Dani's parents' house, but something just between the two of them that is more formal is much needed.

Dani had picked out a nice shirt and a skirt to wear, after her flatmate forcing her to go out and buy something. it was the right decision though cause she looked good.

Once Dani was all ready and everything she gave a quick goodbye to her flatmate and headed towards the restaurant.

Dani shortly arrived at the restaurant Wilbur had picked out a couple days prior.  It seemed very nice and more towards the fancier side. A romantic area for sure.

She walked inside and up to the counter, a quiet worker stood in front. She had round glasses and blonde hair pulled back into a slick ponytail. She looked like the type of person you'd think about whilst you listened to love songs. Pretty.
