Rules suck, trust me I know. Still, there are a few ships that are off-limits.
SHIPPING RULE #1.
I don't think anybody's spoken to me about this yet but because it's possible you have read this without knowing the backstory for the jay-stevie thing, jay x stevie is not a ship, jay and stevie are best friends, but that's all.
SHIPPING RULE #2.
Please don't ship Kate with anybody, keep in mind that she is 5000 years old and pretty much everybody else (excluding Ellie) is 16.
SHIPPING RULE #3.
Ship appropriately, please. No dirty comments.
SHIPPING RULE #4.
Yes, Aelia x Goose is an official ship and aside from Jim x Kim it's the only official ship so far. Others may come up but for now, those are the only confirmed ones.
