Maddie rolled down the wall of the ditch hitting the bottom with a thud. Proxima Midnight jumped down landing next to where Madeliene lay groaning in pain as she tried to use her tired legs to stand up and fight the alien.
Proxima leaned down to grab her should turn the Maximoffs body around to face the horned creature. Maddie moaned in pain as she did so people stood back up straight to tower over the young redhead girl who was trying and failing to use her elbows to move back and get away for Proxima Midnight. Watching as she attempts to move back the horned creature stabs Maddie in the shoulder with her dagger, for then to take it out and point it at her
"He'll die alone. As will you." Proxima told the young girl bringing one of her biggest fears to life. Dying alone, with no one there by her side to tell her it's okay. Midnight looked at the young assassin in discussion as Maddie held no mention on her face to mask the trembling girl that lives deep inside her wanting to break free so he can go back into hiding away in a little corner like she did when she was with Hydra.
"She's not alone." The two heard a voice from behind Proxima Midnight making Madeleine smirk as she cocked her head hauntingly to the side looking dead into the alien's eyes which held a lot of anger.
Proxima turned around making both her and Maddie have the one and only Natasha Romanoff in their sight only for when Midnight turn back around to see Okoye hold her spear high ready for an attack. Proxima groan in annoyance before attacking Natasha when Okoye jumped to help while Maddie tried to stand.
The young girl soon stood tall as she was the joined Russian spy who saved her by fighting her battle that she was too distracted to fight and win. Okoye and Nat worked as a team as the two deflected and strike Proxima Midnight. The alien managed to knock the warrior and assassin down before walking over toward Maddie raising her spire.
Wanda soon joined the three she saw the danger that her daughter was in. Using her power to grab the alien Wanda lifted her up in the air just as a spacecraft rolled over them killing the blue woman. "Well, that was gross," Maddie mumbled.
"Can't say I disagree," Natasha added with a chuckle. "Mum, let's go save Vision."
The two Maximoff's ran over towards where Vision seeing as the man was on the ground grunting in pain. "Are you okay?" Wanda asked the robot as she knelt down in front of him. Maddie then dropped with her hands on her head in pain as Vision began to grunt.
Wanda moved over toward her daughter. "What is it?" The mother asked her child while looking in between Madeliene and her love. "He's here." the young girl spat out.
The wind howled grabbing everyone's attention and notifying them that something was coming and facing them. "God I hate that guy," Maddie spoke as she stood up. "Mum, they're gonna need you."
"No, what about you and Vision." Wanda rush out shaking her head violently as she looked between the two. "Wanda, darling, you can't destroy the stone." Vision told her.
"I don't need to destroy it we can say you, right? Then we can be a family! You, ma Maddie." Wanda had tears running down her face not wanting to accept the fact that Vision had to die and Wanda couldn't do it. "Wanda, you can't destroy the stone only Madeliene can."
Maddie snapped her head toward him her eyes wide not understanding. "What?! No, I can't." Madeleine was confused as to why she could destroy the stone but her mother couldn't that was until Vision spoke again. "Yes you can, because you have more than one stone running through your veins, so Wanda darling go!"
"I love you, so much," Wanda said with her hand on his cheek making him bring his hand up to hers leaning into it. "I love you so much, too." They smiled at each other. Wandan had one last tear make its way down her face before she ran off the help protect her family from the mad titan.
"Madeliene... it's time." Vision gave her a sad smile as she shook her head in denial that this it was today has come down to. She just wanted to be in bed laying next to Loki. "No thanks, I think we can reschedule. How do thirty years sound?"
"Madeliene you have the power to destroy the stone. You must do it. Maddie, please. If he gets the stone half the universe dies. It's not fair. It shouldn't be you but it is." The robot begged her moving her hand in front of him so she was ready to do it. as the magnet power began to form in her palm she took a breath before using all her power to kill that stone that had occupied Vision.
The bean of pink light stoles Wanda's attention making her look over to see what was happening only to see that Maddie was doing something that she was going to feel so guilty about. Taking someone's life human or not was something Maddie never in her life wanted to experience, but she sighed as she brought her other hand up to add more power and strength.
Thanos began to near her so she moved one hand away and into his direction so that she could stop him and destroy the stone before he could get to it. As the stone broke into a million pieces Vision's body turned grey and the power from it sent Maddie flying over into a tree sending her unconscious.
