She was the top student athlete at Wilderness High School, she was on every single sports team and practically carried those teams on her back with her natural athleticism. After being sent to Wilderness High School for troubled youth by her mother as a consequence for beating her step-father practically to death, Cleo met Leo Valdez. Leo had somehow managed to melt Cleo's cold heart and they started dating. But their romance ended their junior year and Cleo's heart went back to being frozen.
