The sound of music calms my heart
And I don't feel like I'm falling apart
Listening to the beat makes my heart soar
And listening to the lyrics
makes me feel alive once more
The lyrics mean a lot to me as it relates
And I don't feel so alone in this state
It puts a smile on my face
And it's the only things that's there
when no one else is listening
Music heals and music saves
It helps me get through the days
It's something I can't live without
It's a place where I can make it out
