Chapter 10

Monday came and I was late to school after having a K-Drama marathon the night before and I slept late. I tiptoed to the classroom, making sure no one sees me.

"Lee Hyejin!"

I gulped and turn back. It was just Taehyung. I sighed. "What are you doing here?" He asked.

"I'm late," I said, "What are you doing here?"

"I just came back from the washroom," he said.

"Alright whatever go in first because I don't wanna get to class yet."

"Sure... I'll tell the teacher," he threatened.
"WHAT?! No, please!" I shouted in a whispering manner.

"Then help me to-"
"Yah yah! Don't ask me to be your servant anymore okay I know there wasn't any stupid footage. You don't have a security camera you crazy person!" I snapped.

"Lee Hyejin!"

We both looked on the right and it was Mr Kim.

"Gotta go!" Taehyung said and rushed into the class, leaving me behind as Mr Kim came walking towards me. Ugh that fat discipline master again.

"You're late for class aren't you!" He started reprimanding. I was given a good 20 minute lecture about being late to school and from that it went to being an honest student and also having a proper time management. As he talked, he kept spitting saliva on me by accident and I got really pissed. I was already late for class and he's just making me more late for it.

"... Anyways Hyejin, detention class after school! 2 hours, araseo?!"
"Naaee..." I bowed and rushed into class.

The whole class glared at me as I made my way to my seat.

"Oh hello there Lee Hyejin," Mrs Kim greeted me. Unlike her husband, she's a patient teacher and is not hot-tempered. She's lenient to many students and because of that she's often bullied by them. Good thing she's nice and she wouldn't give me a nagging. "Why are you late?" She asked politely.

"I was late but your husband just scolded me outside so now I'm even later for your class. Anyways, good morning Mrs Kim," I said.

She smiled. "Okay darling take out your textbook and let's continue with the lesson."

I walked with Mina out of the canteen and to the hallway to grab things from the locker.

"Ohmygosh I bought like this new skirt and it's beautiful with flower prints on it and -"

Mina was cut off when we both saw a crowd in the middle of the hallway.

"Yah! Where's my money!" I heard Taehyung shouted.

This kid, seriously.

"Isn't that Taehyung? Ommo he's such a badboy," Mina said and bit her bottom lip. I rolled my eyes.

I elbowed my way through the crowd, leaving Mina behind and I went forward to see Taehyung grabbing a poor boy's collar and slamming him against the locker while Jimin and Jungkook had their arms folded and only stared at him.

"YAH KIM TAEHYUNG!" I yelled and went forward to him but Jimin and Jungkook stopped me.

"Woah woah easy there lady, we've got some matters to deal with," Jimin said.

I stepped on both their foot and they moved away.

"What do you think you're doing?!" I said and pushed Taehyung off the poor boy which I recognised to be Lee Jongsuk. The crowd stared at me.

Taehyung was enraged and he glared at me. "He hasn't paid my money. Get away you busybody," He said, holding in his temper.

He went over to give Jongsuk another punch. I stopped him. "Stop it!"
