Fortunately for Sirius' sake, the muggle attack wasn't on either of Sirius' friend, but on a muggle family on the other side of London. That night, Nora made Sirius sleep early to shake off the fear of losing a friend, telling him that his friends are going to be safe no matter what.

It was only 8pm when Nora made Sirius sleep; staying in his room in case he'll have nightmares about this day, having his brain go to the worst case scenario. Looking around his room and seeing the records he proudly has, Nora put on that man her brother liked so very much, keeping it on low volume and looking at his messy desk.

Looking through letters that were marked at the end with R.J Lupin, Nora organized his desk and knew to respect his privacy, seeing the address to the bookshop that Lupin wrote down for Nora, open until 11. She contemplated about visiting the bookstore today, realizing her parents could be home soon; not wanting to risk it.

Nora sighed, watching her brother sleep so soundly, taking the parchment with the address and putting it into her sleeve, opening the door so she could find Regulus. Nora jumped when she saw Kreacher in the dark hallway, falling and holding her scream. "You need a hobby! Or is your hobby scaring people!" Nora whispered-shouted, standing up again.

"Sorry Misses, but unfortunately your parents won't be home for a while, they went on a business trip." Confused by his tone, Nora excused herself to find Regulus, wondering if he would know anything about their parents little disappearance.

"I'm telling you, you and that chick were totally hitting it off." Said a voice that came downstairs, either Barty or Evan.

"The chick has a name, and I would never date her, she was desperate to dance with someone because of her mother, should've seen my sister with Potter, I was almost waiting for her to throw a fist at the lad."  Regulus said, hearing a scoff. Nora's face curled up into a smile, carefully walking down the stairs to hear their conversation.

Nora heard Evan laugh, putting some dishes away with his best friend. "Oh yeah, I was worried Wally was going to see it." He laughed, always giving their mother a nickname. "Mother wouldn't approve, Nora is just lucky she thinks I don't know, sure he's a Pureblood but a traitor."

Nora sighed in disappointment, only hearing her fathers voice with in Regulus', filling him on information that wasn't necessarily true at all, an yet in his eyes it was. "You'd say that about anyone." Evan said. Regulus decided to dismiss that conversation and asked each other what they got Barty for Christmas. Nora felt like this was the perfect  time to be in the kitchen, still seeing Regulus in his suit.

"Ah hello beautiful." Evan winked, drinking the punch. "Did you know mother and father were taking an unexpected trip?" Nora asked Regulus, punching Evan in the arm. "Evan was the one who told Kreacher." Regulus pointed to the boy, letting him explain.

"Our parents are definitely at the death eaters meeting. I heard Theodore Nott was fight killing the family." He said with not a change in his tone, telling Nora about how it was pretty gruesome. Not wanting to hear about her parents could possibly be very prejudiced, the three sat at the table and tried to convince each other that it wasn't true.

Before she went to bed, Nora checked in on Sirius, fast asleep as ever, making her way to her own bedroom, taking off her ridiculous muggle looking clothes to wear her night gown, having her hair in braids to keep out of her face. Blowing the two candles in her room, Nora soon fell fast asleep to the fact her parents are definitely plotting something with Tom Riddle.

This was a last minute decision for Nora, getting ready and putting on her muggle clothes that made her blend in with everyone else; deciding to go to the bookstore in need of new books. Needing company was the hard part, wondering if Sirius would like to go with her, Nora went to his room and knocked before coming.
