Evelyn's Pov

Lying down the bed as I cry silently, the door opened gently by a servant "Here's your breakfast, Your Majesty" She said before bowing down then left me alone without anything to say, I wipe my dried tears away and pushed the plate away from me. I know Thomas will rescue me, with no doubt.

I'm sure he is getting mad worried there, I believe in him and I know I'll get out of this Palace. Nikolai's movement reminds me of the old Thomas and I hate seeing it again, I bury my face into my knees as I curled myself like a ball.

The door opened, I look up with my tired eyes to see Jack already looking at me worriedly "Are you okay?" He asks, I have no time of his pretending. I cover my face into my knees again as I hugged myself, Jack sighed "I'm sorry I did this to you, It's not all about you. It's about Thomas" He said, I looked up as he mentioned Thomas's name.

"You dont like him that much?" I asked with my red eyes due to tears, Jack shook his head "I don't, I hate him for stealing you from me" He said, I'm so done of this. I covered myself into my knees while hugging myself, Why do they keep growing feelings of me? What did I even do, I only just being friendly and here am I being a victim of 3 mens wanting and obsessing me.

Jack straighten his lips "Evelyn" He called me, I quickly replied while still hiding my face under my knees "Nikolai wants me too, don't you hate him as much as you do to Thomas?" I asked, Jack looked down for a while "I hated him too, I want them both to have war and them both die and I will be the one to have you" He replied, I widened my eyes and looked at him disgustingly, I can't believe all my bestfriends are obsessing me.

"Are you crazy, Jack?! You are being selfish!" I said loudly, Jack watched me "No, I am just claiming what's mine. I promised to myself while in that dirty prison to get you myself and make you mine" He said, I looked at him unbelievably "Jack, You're all unbelievable. I don't understand" I said while looking away, Jack held my hand and I move away from him "Don't worry, We'll be living together again when this 2 royal bloods kill each other" He said, I looked at him angrily. Jack just smiled and stood up "Just wait, Evelyn. Be patient, my time is coming" He said before leaving the room then locking it from outside.

I screamed and throwed the vase to the door, I should have known.. Tears in anger start to stream down ny cheeks, I can't believe I made them my friends. I want to bring back the time and ignore them in the first time I met them, Thomas is accepting Nikolai's plan to war and Jack here waiting for them both to die in the war so he can get me.

This is all a mess, This is all a mess. I stood up and tried opening the door but it's locked outside. The balcony door is also closed so only one hole of the window shows so I can see the light of the day or night, but I didn't gave up here. I keep trying breaking the door with a chair but the chair got broken instead.

Nikolai's Pov

Planning the war is much difficult than I imagine, I had to do this for Evelyn. I will kill that Thomas so I can have her, I can still feel the taste of her beautiful lips on me and now I am already smiling while the General still explaining about the war.

While I was on my day dreaming, I accidentally put the toy war self on the side and the General looked down at it "Yes! Clever, Your Majesty! We'll go through the back to trick them!" The General said, I snapped out of my thoughts as everybody agreed to what he says. "We go through the back of the woods so we make a U-turn to trick them, Ellesmere is dumb to know our secret moves" Some of the men says, they nodded in agreement.

They all looked in my direction, I drank the wine before standing up and nodding my head "We shall do it" I said, they clapped hands and shook hands with me then bowing down before leaving the living room. I walked out then headed upstairs to Evelyn's chamber, It's been a fresh morning. Unlocking the door but I heard a loud bang inside, I move back quickly in surprise.
