When we left the barn Herb and Dot from the Commission were waiting for us on the feild infront of the dead army. Deigo told us they were okay and part of the "résistance", and we went to meet them.

"Herb. Dot." Five said, pretending he knew who they were before Deigo told us.

"How you been? It's been a while." I said, partly rembering them.

"Hey." Herb said.

"Sup Herbie?" Deigo asked, doing a weird handshake with him.

"Hey. My man." Herb laughed.

"Herbie?" I reapeted.

"I can't belive it." Herb said once the handshake was over. "Is she..?"

"Dead?" I finished. "Yep. I checked."

Herb nodded, not sure what to say to that.

"Now that The Handler's gone," Five said. "What happens at Commission?"

"More importantly are you gonna keep tryin' ta kill us?" I asked.

"Oh, no." Herb said. "Nonono. No more trying to kill you. But..." He stammered.

"Just tell them." Dot whispered.

"Eh, well, we need to elect a new board of directors. But, until then, I um, I've been voted in as acting chairperson."

They both beamed and Dot clapped.

"No shit." Deigo said. "Congrats, Herbie that's huge."

"So Goddamn nervous." Herb blurted.

"You'll do fine." Five said.

"Oh thank you." Herb nodded.

"Herb we need a favor." Five said.

"Oh sure anything." Herb said.

"A briefcase." Five said.

"To get us back to 2019 where this shitshow of a family belongs." I explained.

Herb nodded and gave us finger guns. Him and Dot turned and looked at the millions of dead agents behind them, all holding a briefcase.

"Take your pick." Herb said.

"Oh yeah." I said.

I nudged Five and walked away. I walked up to the nearest man and grabbed his briefcase. His hand had gone stiff with rigourmortis so I knelt down and grunted, yanking it from his hand. I stood and walked back over to the group, patting Herbs shoulder as I passed. "Cheers Herbie."

"You just got that from a dead man." Herb muttered. "Like its normal."

"I deal with a lot of dead men Herb." I looked at him over my shoulder. "Ya kinda get desensitised."

I turned and kept walking. Five caught up with me a moment later. Deigo said a much longer goodbye and we left him to it.

The other Hargreeves had dispersed into their own groups to do their own thing. Me and Five leaned against the barn wall and I dropped the briefcase, pulling out a cigarette.

"You okay?" I asked as I lit it. "You seem kinda off."

I inhaled and took the cigarette out my mouth, blowing out the smoke a second later.

"I just watched you all die." Five said.

I coughed and covered my mouth, looking at him.

"Damn. Really?" I brought my hand away.

Five nodded. "It's how I knew The Handler was coming. She came in, shot you all dead, and I had to time-travel back to stop it."

I looked away, unsure what to say. "Shit." I laughed and smoked. "I died?"
