A/N;
I just wanted to say, I deeply apologize for the inconvenience;

I had to change the title of the previous chapter twice now because I wasn't satisfied with it, and do I hope this would be the last time I ever had to do this. Also, this is an edited chapter of the last update since I really dislike how it ended...

The only similar thing is the opening though.

I also want to thank those who have stick to this series thus far even with the inconsistent updates... __φ(..;)

Cale could feel the rough edges of the fallen debris under him prickling his skin ever so slightly;

It was rather sharp and even managed to cut some of his fingers foreskin, but what could he do in the situation where he was suddenly thrown out back to the real world from the place where assumed was the God's domain?

Cale sighed,

In one of his palm was a glass vial that the God had given him.

. . .

"Drink up," The God ordered, presenting a tea cup that had a Red liquid in it.

"I'm not a vampire,"

Cale retorted, he doesn't  know what the God was planning on about, but he can't help but feel unease at the blatant show of serving him blood right in front of his very eyes.

"I'm aware of that Henituse," Despair nonchalantly said it, he knew Cale was a normal Human with no Vampire blood flowing in his veins, so why did he still tried to give Cale blood?

"This," The God pointed at the cup, "Is for that heart of yours." he moved his hand towards Cale's heart and pointed at it. "I think we both know that the Black despair in your heart will kill you sooner or later if you don't do anything about it, So think of it as an Antidote if you will."

He knew,

"Hah!" Despair scoffed loudly, "It might even be eating you alive right now as we speak."

The God was right, Even if Cale could barely feel the pain anymore after he used the Rock ancient power, he could still feel the veins in his chest tightening around his heart as if they wanted to squish it to paste.

"Well, if you don't trust me. You can just take it with you if you want." The cup turned to a glass vial with a vine like texture to it,

"It may even proof to be useful later on,"

. . .

 An 'antidote' he says,

"What a Joke,"

Cale still couldn't believe the God's words even the smallest bit, but it still wouldn't hurt to keep the bottle close for future uses. If it were to be poison, maybe he could even use it to threatened someone...? Maybe he could ask Ron about it later.

Ah...

Speaking of Ron,

Cale did remember hearing the God saying the time flowed differently there and in the world they are at right now. And that...

It was merely seconds that had passed here,

Ugh..

He looked to his side, he heard some groaning from that direction... Ah, he was right. There they were, two bodies laying next to his own-- Next to him was the bodies of the unconscious Crown Prince and the little blob who the God had put to sleep.

The Red head nudge the Crown prince's face to the side, earning a small whine from the later. But Cale didn't care and kept on nudging his face till it fell flat to other cheek with his heels, after all, he had to made sure there were no major injuries on the crown prince's face.

"Cale?!?!?"

A worried shout came from outside of the dome made out of rubble--

. . .

The God glanced towards the piece of parchment that had his Deal with Cale written out.

As innocent as the paper may have looked to a normal human's eyes at the moment. The God had known that it had something else in it, something other than just plain ink and paper.

Each letter in it had been inscribed with several curses and binding magic that made sure that the weaker side of the two parties that sign the contract will have to fully submit to the other one submissively...

"Tsk,"

The God clicked his tongue in dismay, "What a smart human," but even with his verbal disappointment, there was no trace of anger or displeasement shown in his face.

Instead, there was a rather smug looked placed on his face.

"It's a pity you didn't fall for it..."

The god fingers hovered over the paper, and just as the tip of his finger nails touched the contract, the parchment turned pitch black from the area that was touched. It almost looked as if a hole was created in the table.

"How did it went?"

The God did not even flinched at the sudden intrusion in his Domain. "Just as well as how we had predicted it," He was already used at the sudden intrusion after all.

"Figures,"

The figure strode forward from the God's hind and took a seat on the couch Cale had once refused to sit on. The cloak that covered his entire body flowed behind him in dramatically like someone in a theater; "How much more probability do you think you can spare?"

The God didn't even need a single second to think of the answer, "Enough for what ever you lots are planning on,"

"That's... reassuring," The man casually took the cup the God had presented to Cale and took a sip from it. The thick vermillion like liquid was slowly drained from the cup little by little. "Our end are also finishing the preparations needed"

The cup that was once filled with the blood of a dead God was now empty, leaving only slight trails in the walls of the cup.

"Jaeger,"

"What?" The man, Jaeger, put down the tea cup to the table.

"What are you planning to do next now that Henituse has taken the bait?"

The God... he didn't act as high and mighty, nor was he as boisterous and as annoying like when he was with Cale.

No,

Rather, he seemed bored and tired when he talked to the man called Jaeger, so bored... He almost looked half dead despite being a being that is seemingly unkillable.

"Isn't it obvious?" Jaeger wasn't someone who enjoyed talking, but he still needed this God's assistance if he wanted to bring back his Family, "We proceed to our next step"

The God sighed, slumping his shoulder down and fully letting the chains that he had concealed before lose and visible to the eyes. The entire domain it self seemed to respond to it and slowly turned murky and gloom.

"How did you even found a soul like that to begin with?"

The God asked, he was familiar enough with the other individual to ask this kinds of things. But even with that familiarity, there was still things he didn't understand about the other person.

"..."

"Of course... still as tight lipped as ever,"

Despair doesn't understand what was going on most of the time on what was going on the other's mind. He never really cared before, and neither will he be curious now.

Everything they do is for their own benefits either way.

And nothing will change that fact, even after how many millennia that has and will go pass them.
