Y/n Murphy was the little sister to John Murphy. Well, technically they were twins, but she was a few minutes younger. She was the only person John cared about. No one else. Just her. Unlike her brother, Y/n was nicer, not an asshole. Though if you...

The cave was dark, other than the bright light of the sun occasionally coming out of it's hiding place shining down on the many grounders living on the beautiful planet. The sound of deep voices shouting and the war drums of the Ice Nation could be heard all around near the open field full of tall grass. Inside the cave, the group could be seen as they waited out for the army to leave, the dead bodies of some grounders in Ice Nation laying inside with them so the army wouldn't see their own people lifeless.
Near the open of the cave, Bellamy sat on a rock as he watched his girlfriend pace back and forth, gun still in her hand like his. He knew she was stressed. During these three months, she had been nonstop going on the radio in someway of getting contact with her brother, hoping that he could possibly be on the other side and now everything had changed since Mount Weather. He knew she felt guilty for the innocent people in Mount Weather dying.
All she wanted to do was to prevent her loved ones from dying and save them and now that she learned Clarke was in danger, a girl who had gotten close to Y/n Murphy, she wanted to save her like she'd try to do with all her other friends and even people she didn't know but were on the good side. That's what Bellamy always loved about her.
"We're losing her." Y/n states, turning to the two men near her.
"Relax. Save your energy." Kane orders.
Pike nods. "Kane's right, kid. The army will move soon. You'll need your strength for what comes next."
Only nodding in response, knowing she wasn't gonna be able to argue with them, the girl turns around and takes one glance near the entrance of the cave before she slowly placed herself beside Bellamy on the large rock he was sitting on. The Blake boy let his arm wrap around her smaller figure as he places a kiss on top of her head, whispering reassuring words in her ear that everything will be okay.
A sigh escapes her as she rubs her face with her hand, letting her head slowly rest on his shoulder. The sound of Monty's voice made them look behind them to see he was crouched beside his mother as he pleaded for her to tell him what happened to his father. At first, the woman was gonna protest but when her son had taken her hand in his, she couldn't keep it from him. Neither of them seemed to care about all the eyes watching them now.
Hannah gulps. "We landed in the snow. Your father said it absorbed some of the impact. That's why we survived. The snow looked so beautiful, it--" She stops herself as to try and keep the sobs from escaping. "Charles?"
"The children were playing in it." Pike continues, placing himself beside the woman. "They were the first to die... fifteen of them. If not for your father, would've been more. He pulled four kids back into the ship, all four alive today. They got him when he went back for the fifth. Your father died a hero, Monty. We've been fighting grounders ever since."
