The Bite

-Y/N's pov-

"Jesus, slow down!" Steve slurred as Dustin drove us down the long hallway

"Yeah, what is this, like the Indy 500?" Robin shouted, her words also slurring together

"Its the indy 300." Steve argued

"No, dingus, it's 500!"

"It's 300!"

"Let's say a million." I interrupted causing them to look at me then we all laughed

We laughed for a minute before the tiny van slammed into something sending Steve and Robin into the metal covering. I laughed as they yelled and groaned

"You guys all right back there?" Dustin asked

Steve and Robin groaned in pain

"Just fine!" I giggled

After a minute Dustin opened the door to let us out "Come on, we gotta go. Now."

Slowly I put my feet on the ground "Why is everything wonky?" I asked hazily

I got no answer as Dustin pulled my arm and we all walked into the big death trap of an elevator

Steve jumped onto a red cart thing and Robin held onto the handle, Steve kept his feet planted but wobbled around

"Hey! You look like you're surfing!" Robin shouted

"Surfing! Yeah!" Steve laughed

"Woah! I wanna surf!" I shouted trying to push Steve out the way

"No. Wait your turn." Steve said shoving me away

Robin pulled the cart out from under his feet and he fell face forward into a pile of boxes

"Wipeout!" I laughed causing him and Robin to laugh

I watched as Dustin walked over to Steve and started looking at his face or whatever

"His pupils are super dilated." Dustin turned to Erica

"Maybe he's drugged." Erica offered

"Ugh. Boop." Steve booped Dustin's nose

I gasped "My turn to boop his nose! Boop!"

Dustin grabbed my hand and then looked at Steve "Hey, Steve, are you drugged?"

"How many times, dad? I don't do drugs. It's only marijuana." Steve slurred out

"This isn't funny, okay? I need to known what they did to you. Are you gonna die on us?"

"We all die, my strange little child friend. It's just a matter of how and when." Robin said

"Oh! They stuck big needles in our faces! Then the world started spinning." I said wrapping my arms around Dustin, forcing him to hold me up

"The world isn't spinning. You're just dramatic." Robin looked at me

"the commies drugged them. Y/N has a different reaction to it because she's younger than Steve and Robin." Erica said looking at Dustin

"They're gonna be looking for us up there, so I need you to tell me where you parked your car." Dustin looked at Steve

"Uh oh.." Steve said looking up at him

"Uh oh?"

"The cars off the bored. They took the keys like forever ago" Steve said pulling out his pockets

Me and Robin started laughing causing Steve to laugh "That's a bummer, right?"
