I was so stupid and so naive
I thought you were good for me
But everything you said, it was all a lie
And all you did was haunt my mind
Now I've learned that you were worse
And sometimes love feels like a curse
You taught me a lesson, I was afraid
But now I'm older and I'm doing okay
Look deep and see, it's okay to leave
Listen to your gut, there's better for me
It's alright to feel the pain
It will get better someday
