Ayo! Back at it again with another chapter. Like the last chapter, this is going to take place immediately where the last one left off. Also, I've inevitably come to the decision to stop pressuring myself to finish this arc ASAP and just finish it when I finish it. I dunno. Guess we'll just have to see how this chapter turns out. I keep telling myself that I intended to wrap up the arc quickly but as it goes: I like to brainstorm the chapter in my head, and then when I go to actually type it out, I get more ideas as I type and then next thing you know, the arc turns out to be a lot longer than I meant it to be because I couldn't stop coming up with ideas. But I guess that's a good problem to have, right? 😅

Also, with the way my chapters and writing schedule are going, I'm thinking that, realistically, updates will probably be bi-weekly. I was going to try to do weekly but my chapters ended up getting longer and longer and now I don't think it's going to be possible. Oh well. Anyway, let's get into this one.

Y/N POV

I finally exited the bathroom in irritation. What should have been an enjoyable, relaxing experience was upended by that conniving 2nd oldest brat masquerading as her sister and trying to sneak her way into the tub with me! Okay....granted, to be fair, I wasn't entirely sure that she was trying to masquerade as her youngest sister, but they do have a history of doing this "pretend to be one another" crap frequently when they were younger as pranks in an attempt to throw me off back when I was still learning how to tell them apart, but it still irritated me nonetheless.

I mean, how dare she think so little of me that she thinks I wouldn't be able to tell them apart even after 5 years! Like, what the hell?! I've been a master of it for years! I remember a while back when I first met their scary ass Grandpa at this hot spring resort he owned and I remember him telling me how impressed he was that I was able to tell them apart without issue. Something about having "love"? I don't know, that old man mumbled a lot.

Ugh...I'll get you back for that, Nino....you're really going to have to make it up to me if you want to be back on nickname status with me....

I continued grumbling various obscenities to myself as I walked across the hallway and into the living area where I was greeted by the sight of Fuutarou looking rather invested in whatever was on the TV. I raised an eyebrow in amusement, mainly due to the fact that he was both able to 1: Indeed figure out how to use a Smart TV just like I had said, and 2: I couldn't remember the last time that I had seen this boy so invested in something that wasn't studying. To see him actually looking like a normal person for once, it was actually quite a pleasant sight.

I walked over to my bag to put away my dirty clothes from the day and looked over at Fuutarou. "Whatcha watchin'?" I asked him. Unfortunately, Fuutarou was so invested in whatever was on the TV, that it appeared that he was tuning out the entire outside world completely, me included.

"Uh...bro...?" I asked as I walked over to the main living area, where he was still stuck in his trance. "You good? What could you possibly be watching that has you so inves..............

......ted.....Oh...you've got to be kidding me..." I said with a deadpanned tone as the TV screen finally came into view as I walked into the viewing angle to reveal a sparkly Robert Pattinson and an emotionless, deadpanned Kristen Stewart. Fuutarou was still so engrossed by his flick that he had no clue that I was now behind him, my face inches away from his ear.

*AHEM!!!* I said loudly as I cleared my throat. A sharp jolt ran through Fuutarou's body as he immediately flew into a panic and juggled the remote in an attempt to hide what he was watching. Eventually, he seemed to become so panicked that logic seemed to fly out the window. I don't know why, but instead of simply turning off the TV or changing the stream, for some reason, this genuis figured that the best way to put an end to it all was to THROW THE REMOTE AT THE TV....
