Which made keith say through the radio screen, "It's not about the glory, Lance. It's about freeing prisoners from zarkon." Y/n nods to herself as she presses some buttons.
Lance trys to retort, "No, I know, I know. But still when they--" that's when the lions launch themselves out of the castle. —--------------------------------------------------------- After Lance froze the thing that's falling. Everyone landed on the thing.
Lance says confidently, "Aw, snap! These random are super cool. Just like me!" Y/n sighed to herself, Shiro says proudly, "Great job, team!" Keith then sternly asked confused, "Where are all the troops? They're not coming to the surface." Hunk also responded confused, "Yeah, I remember seeing a lot of galra guys down in the mines."
Y/n then also hear allura stating, "We've located a hangar full of galra fights just below the surface. Someone has to take those out before they launch." Y/n says, "I think this is trap guys..." Shiro sighed, "But we have no choice. Keith, Lance, you guys hit the hangar. Hunk, y/n, head to the prison to rescue shay and the other balmerans. Pidge and I will track down the Galra soldiers."
"Yes, sir." "Ten-four." "On it." "Lets do this!"
Y/n was slient not trusting this. —-------------------------------------------------------- Y/n was following Hunk as they rode through the tunnels.
Once they reached there. Galra soldiers began shooting as y/n tched taking out her bow and arrow, as she shoots at two of them. She went to hunk as he also shot at them. —--------------------------------------------------------- Then one arm fell on the floor. Hunk turned to y/n as she puts away her bow and arrow, "That was too easy." Y/n nods as she picks up the robot arm, "I think this might be of some use." Hunk nods, "I definitely don't have a good feeling about this."
Y/n puts the robot on the purple scan thing as it makes the door open. Hunk ran in as she followed also. —--------------------------------------------------------- Hunk huffs as y/n ran to the prison hold as she places the thing on there. Y/n gives Hunk the robot arm, "I'll go destroy these guards. Besides you will go save them." Hunk says, "Wait, don't we need to get shay?" Y/n nods as she looked down, "It'll be fine, and besides you and the group will save her. I need to destroy these guards before they hurt others." Hunk sighed as he hugged her, "I hope you'll be okay. Besides you mean too much to keith." Y/n was confused as they let go, "What do you mean?"
Hunk coughed a bit, "Uhhh, it's nothing. Nothing." Y/n nods as she waved and leaves. —--------------------------------------------------------- Once y/n started destroy at least 15 guards, y/n runs and hides in a spot as she hears allura, "Paladins, are you there? The galra troops are moving down the tunnels. It looks like they're going toward the center."
Y/n sighed as hunk responds, "They must be headed to the core. That's where they're holding shay." "They're drawing us into an ambush, but we don't have a choice if we want to save Shay. We have to follow, Lance, keith, get to the core. I think we're going to need everyone together to get through this firefight," stated Shiro.
"Copy that. We're on our way," answered Lance. Y/n says, "I'm not coming." "Why, y/n?" Asked Shiro. "I don't trust this, besides I'm doing something right now." "But, y/n aren't you coming?" "No, hunk can explain this."
Y/n turns off her call to mute as she left her hiding spot as she fought more galra soldiers. —--------------------------------------------------------- Y/n was attacking random galras and ignoring the other balmerans. She does know that they are there but she doesn't want to waste small talk.
Y/n also had to dodge some rocks falling next to her. That's when y/n hears a loud door shut from the other tunnels. —--------------------------------------------------------- "Not a ambush. More like a trap," said hunk as shay removes the mask. Keith then stated, "Whatever it is, keep your guard up." Shay then says, "The galra, they gained knowledge that your would return to the balmera." "How?"
"I know not. But they set this trap just for you. I was the bait. But, where's y/n?" Hunk answered, "Oh yea, she went to go destroy galra and save the other balmeras."
Keith worriedly asked, "Why would she go by herself?" Hunk answered, "I'm not sure. But, she says to not worry about her." As shay stated, "Oh no. Y/n's in danger. But I do not know why they would want her for...." Shiro calmly states, "I think she's the heart and white Lion's paladin so she would most likely be the one that will be needed." Lance sighed a bit with a cartoonist tear (idk).
