he left me.

did i do something wrong?

why did he leave me?

you couldn't forbid your heart to love him. and because of that it stung you. it hurt you. so fucking much.

you cried for days. you isolated. you decided not to talk about that ever again.

what did i ever do to him? i have never done anything that would make him hate me...

you couldn't stop thinking about all the times you've spent together. it all seemed like a dream. a dream you woke up from.

he hugged you tightly. he held you as tighter as ever. he was reluctant.

"I'm sorry {name}," kakashi whispered.

"what are you sorry for?"

"we're over."

silence filled the air. it was deadly, killing you slowly, but you couldn't speak.

"wh-why..." you mumbled forcefully.

"I'm sorry, but trust me, it's for good. I'll explain it to you.... when i come back."

he mumbled something that you couldn't hear and asked him several times what was the matter all of the sudden.

"just shut up, okay?!"

you never heard him so angry.

"i am sorry. i hope you'll forgive me one day," he said and disappeared.

every second, every moment of that day was killing you, cutting your heart deeper and deeper...

a few friends tried contacting you and visiting you but you rejected their calls and ignored them.

all you could do was cry in your room for five days. on the sixth day you decided to go outside for a walk.

everywhere you went reminded you of him. you revisited every place you two had a date or just hung out together. you didn't know why he left you.

without an explanation.

without a word of any excuse.

nothing.

kakashi was always like that: he was more of a words-show-less-than-deeds guy. but this was just total disappearing from your life.

"{name}-san" you heard a girl's voice.

"hinata-kun? hello.." you said, trying to sound as happy as you could.

"h-have you heard... n-naruto-kun is coming back to Konoha today," she muttered with a smile over her face.

"really? oh fu- you're right," you slapped your forehead and ran to your house to at least brush your hair.

soon after, everyone in the village heard that naruto is finally coming back to the village and some of them even went to greet him at the gates.

"{name}-CHAN! I'M BACK," he yelled as he entered the gates with master Jiraya.

"welcome back, naruto," you said and hugged him as if he was your child.

"I became even stronger now-ttebayo! i want to show you some cool new ninjutsu's I've learned," he chattered as you laughed softly.

"slow down, naruto. there'll be time for everything," you smiled, exhausted.

"and where's kakashi-sensei? huh? he's not with you, {name}-nii chan?"

you looked to the ground as your eyes filled with tears.

"i haven't seen him in days... he- we broke up."

"NANI?! BUT WHY, {name}-CHAN? YOU TWO WERE INSEPARABLE!!! WHAT HAPPENED?!"

"i have no idea, naruto..." you sighed.

"naruto? {name}-san," sakura said.

"Oi, hi sakura," naruto greeted her.

she looked at him in awe, and when she saw you, sakura immediately ran up to you and asked what was wrong.

"haven't you heard? i thought he told you..." sakura said.

"what? what haven't i heard," you demanded to know.

"kakashi-sensei..." she started reluctantly.

"he's what, sakura? TELL ME-"

"he might never come back."
