"Come on Charlie, we brought you here because we need a good luck charm, we need your help, what should we do" Tommy asked her, focusing on the machine infront of him, it was filled with stuffed toys, Charlie's eyes sparkled as she looked through the glass, but she wasn't sure what he should do, why would she know, she had never seen a claw machine before, let alone played one.

Charlie was stood, her palms pressed against the glass, her face as close as it would get to see the stuffed toys, all the different bright colours were starting to hurt her eyes.

Reluctantly charlie pulled away from the glass, rubbing her eyes with her whole fists, which looked absolutely adorable, it almost felt like a cartoon.

Charlie shrugged to Tommy's question instead she went and sat in the floor besides tubbo, picking up his hand and playing with his fingers, pulling them, prodding them, just playing, using her imagination.

Tommy sighed in defeat before getting ranboo to try again, they had already won three stuffed toys, one happened to be a bee which tubbo immediately called, the next one they won was a bat with green eyes and a red bow tie, ranboo took that one and the last thing they had won was the red among us charecter, tommy took that one, now all they were trying to do was win Charlie something, they were aiming for the chicken in the corner of the machine.

The stuffed toy looked like a regular chicken but it had a purple ribbon tied around its neck and Charlie had told them many times that purple was her favourite colour.

Charlie just stared at them playing with a grin as held onto tubbos hand, she had no idea that they were trying to win it for her, but she was enjoying watching them concentrate so hard OK the game, they were making silly faces which made Charlie giggle.

They had spent at least ten pounds on the machine already, not even adding the money they had spent on themselves already, but they weren't going to give up, they were determined to win Charlie that chicken.

And finally they had, ranboo had finally gotten the chicken to drop down the hole.

"YESS!" Tommy shouted, which earned them quite a few odd looks, but charlie just giggled at him.

"Don't shout Tommy, that's what silly kids do" she giggled, not quite realising how funny what she had said was, "Tommy's always been a silly kid charlie, Nothings going to change that now" ranboo teased, picking up the stuffed toy.

Before charlie could even respond ranboo knelt down infront of her, and somehow he was still taller than her.

"Charlie we wanted to win this for you" he told her, handing over the stuffed toy, charlie gasped, taking it slowly out of his arms.

"Really?" She breathed out, charlie still struggled believing people when they did nice things for her, she had gotten so used to being neglected that she didn't know any different.

"Yeah charlie, its all yours" tubbo smiled down at her, patting her head with the brightest smile on his face.

"Thankyou" she said grinning brightly at the three boys, plopping herself down on the floor so she could play with the new toy. It was nice to see Charlie happy but the young boys couldn't help but wonder if she truly knew what was happening.

It was a sad thought really, charlie leaving wilbur forever. Wilbur was a different person around charlie and they couldn't help but fear for what would happen to him without charlie, and what would happen to the little girl if she would leave, would she truly be safe or had he not changed at all.

"Come on Charlie it's time to go" tubbbo told her glumly, interrupting Tommy and ranboo as they made chicken noises, which were amusing charlie dearly as she had been non stop giggling at them.

"Okay" Charlie yawned, already tired out from all the fun she had been having throughout the day.

"Come on" Tommy told her, picking her up and letting her wrap her arms around the back of his neck, charlie really liked Tommy, he was really funny and he gives some of the beat hugs, although none of them could beat wilburs, but she liked how he was always really kind to everyone but he still let his loud personality shine through.

By the time they all made it back to the entrance where everyone was told to meet charlie had dozed off, rather adorablely, she clutched onto Tommy and the chicken with one hand, whilst her thumb was in her mouth, nobody had ever seen charlie sucking on her thumb, maybe it was some way to comfort herself through these hard times, maybe it was just an old habit that she had brought back, which ever it was it looked adorable.

Tommy handed charlie over to wilbur onelce he asked, it was understandable, today could possible be their last full day together he would want to be as close to her as he could.

"Are we still going to the beach" tubbo asked them, and of course the answer was yes, everyone wanted to make sure charlie had the best day possible.

It took quite a while for Charlie to wake up, probably over an hour but meanwhile whilst they waited everyone sat doing there own things, alot of them went and swam in the sea, a few of them stayed back with wilbur, it was nice, peaceful even, not having to worry about anything, instead he could just sit back and relax, without care in the world, it's really nice.

But it wouldn't last long, tommorow is the day, the day that could potentially change his while life, but he wasn't worried about that right now, he was focused on the present, it was nice not having a care in the world, hopefully it could stay that way.
