Jake sang out through the microphone. Daisy went over to band practice, wanting to hear Jake sing. Y/n Watched with her since her bass guitar wasn't needed in the song.

"From the first day I saw you face, I knew this love was true."

Jake sang again but glancing at Y/n who was beaming at him.

"But you're already taken, nothing I can do~ So I can only imagine how it is to be with you."

Y/n watched with adoration and Rosy cheeks, remembering how beautiful he sounded when she first heard him sing from the rooftop.

"I can only imagine us both loving through the night."

Hailey started to strum her guitar to the beat.

"I can only imagine us together, side by side."

"I can only imagine we're dancing in the moonlight."

Jake finished the last three lyrics as Daisy and Y/n started clapping.

"Absolutely wonderful, Jake! Your voice is just as beautiful as Y/n told me to be!" Daisy clapped as Y/n turned red so did Jake.

"Oh, uh, T-thanks Daisy. I'm glad that you're here- I MEAN- that you enjoyed." Jake nervously stuttered.

"Yeah...Glad you enjoyed, Daisy..." Y/n muttered sadly, Feeling jealous of Daisy's attention from Jake.

"You all must be so excited for the band competition! You're all so talented!" Daisy exclaimed while Hailey walked over to her.

"Aw, thanks Daisy." Hailey said with A light blush on her cheeks.

'You know what nevermind, She's a lesbian.' Y/n thought while smirking.

"What can I say? It comes naturally to some of us." Zander stated as Milly dramatically Gasps.

"Woah, I think I just saw your head grow even bigger just now!" Milly Sarcastically said.

"You're one to talk." Zander mumbled.

"Well, thank you for letting me listen. I won't interrupt you guys any longer, my parents are waiting to take me to dance rehearsals." Daisy stated, Acting a bit sad about her rehearsals.

"You dance? Wow, you really got your plate full, huh?" Sean asked, walking over beside Jake.

"Indeed... Well, good luck guys! I'm sorry for interrupting your rehearsal time!" Daisy stated once again and waved goodbye to the club before leaving the music room.

"That girl really is the epitome of cute." Hailey smirked as Y/n furrowed her brows at her best friend.

"Yeah.." Jake and Sean said dreamily in sync. Hailey, Zander and Y/n give them the "wtf" looks.

"Bet you're pleased, Jake. Singing a loveeee song Infront of the girl you're head over heels in love with and her name is-" Jake immediately ran over to Milly and put a hand over her mouth.

Y/n widened her eyes, "What?.."

"Argh, you traitor! You promised me you wouldn't say anything!" Jake mumbles.

'Its between me or Daisy but I doubt he would like a girl like me..' Y/n thought, frowning. Hailey seems to notice this but decides not to talk about it, knowing Y/n wants to be in her thoughts.

"Ohoho, is someone in love with Y- I mean, that girl you like?" Zander cuts himself off in the middle of it, not wanting to do the confession thing.

"No!"

"Yes!" Milly exclaimed.

"And It's Y-" Before Milly could say the girl's name, Jake shuts her up again.

"Don't! I don't want you to do the confession!" Jake whispered to Milly as Milly groaned and nodded, Jake lets her speak.

"You're...In love with Y- I mean that girl?" Sean air quoted and Pointed to Y/n who was currently in her thoughts and not listening to them.

"I-I wouldn't say in love, but I have liked her for a short time now.." Jake said, glancing at Y/n who was sadly frowning at them.

'I knew it, He does like Daisy..' Y/n thought, taking it the wrong way but shrugging it off.

"Aw, you're blushing!" Milly teased. The entire music club except Y/n knew exactly who he was in love, the only thing it's not Daisy.

"That's very cute. Just don't get too distracted, Jake. I don't want a girl to be the reason why you're not performing your best at the day of the competition." Hailey stated.

"That's not gonna happen!" Jake grunted.

'Y/n is the real reason I joined the club to begin with. That girl is hard to say no to.' Jake thought and dreamily sighed.

"Alright then... good work today, everyone..We'll have rehearsals again at lunchtime tomorrow and remember, Jake. 12:30 on the dot." Hailey said, referencing to Jake. Jake smugly smiles in response.

Y/n starts to walk away, not wanting anyone's attention but before she could even walk away, Jake grabs her hand and looks at her with worried eyes.

"Is something wrong, Princess? You've been so quiet this morning.." Jake worriedly asks as Milly overhears them and walks over to them.

"And you've been frowning a lot, you ok?" Milly asks too, Y/n shook her head and pushed Jake's hand away.

"Yeah, I'm fine. No need to worry. I gotta go anyways, Cya guys tomorrow." Y/n walks away from them, Milly and Jake look at each other with worried eyes but both decided to shrug it off.

Y/n was about to leave the music room but gets stopped by Hailey looking at her with worried eyes and a hand on her hip.

"Y/n, you ok? I overheard you, Milly and Jake's conversation." Hailey asks but Y/n shakes her head again.

"I'm fine! Why does everyone keep asking me that?!" Y/n exclaims loudly but immediately shutting herself up.

"Because you're not being yourself today." Sean said, beside them as he took off his headphones and put them around his shoulders.

"We won't tell Jake or anyone, you can tell me or Sean anything." Hailey said as Jake left the music room, leaving Her, Y/n and Luke alone in the room.

"Well, it's just- Is Jake...in love with Daisy?.." Y/n asks. Hailey and Sean look at each other before going to sudde laughter.

"Huh, what's so funny?" Y/n asks confused.

"In-love with Daisy?? No! You must be insane, he's practically in love with you!" Hailey exclaims but immediately shutting a hand over her mouth.

"Wait what??" Y/n asks, turning red over her cheeks.

"Forget what Hailey said, She just said that Jake isn't love with Daisy." Sean said, pushing Y/n out of the room.

"But what about the-" before Y/n could finish, Hailey shut the door Infront of her face.

"That was weird, wonder what Hailey meant earlier..."
