Where am I going if I have to choose just one?

The Last Drop

I am so done with this. After all this falling through holes I think I'll stay here for a minute. There's no reason to go back to Ciel and Aoi ko. Not yet. There's no reason to go back to Hanako Either, they are probably already recruiting him as I think about this.

I summoned a cloak to hide my identity. (Cause apparently, I can do that now) I knew exactly where I was, and I didn't want to find any trouble even though it's everywhere here. Welcome to the playground dear readers who are also somehow me! I stalk towards the building, using the shadow of the pulled-up hood to shield my face. I stood in line to enter the doors and when I came up to the door the guy just looked away and gave me a wink like... creep. I didn't have time to think about that as I focused on finding a character that I know that I can communicate with-Jinx- and maybe Silco if he's around but I got to find a way to get up to Silco's office!

I look around and take in the club scene that's around me, bumping into teen-like creatures who I know snuck in here and adults who are either high or drunk on shimmer. I feel bad for some of these people knowing the result of the addiction to shimmer. I spotted the staircase that I knew would lead to the office and sneakily walked up and looked for the door. I walked by a door, and I heard a familiar voice. JINX! She was talking to Silco! I took whatever courage I had and strode into the office still covered by my hood, "and who are you?" Silco asked I look around and mumble to myself saying 'I know she was here' I kept looking around and feeling the gaze of the analytical and observant Silco when I turned back around and screamed at jinx who was hanging upside down from a pipe and looking at me with curious eyes. "Who are you?" she asked, still staring at me "I was wondering the same thing." Silco said, standing from his desk and sauntering over to where I am." hey how's it going?" I said, making my way over to one of the couches in the room and flopped onto it. "I'm going to explain this once and then you can ask questions alright?"

"Okay, so you're from another world, hence why you have no records or any evidence of even being alive. But that could also be the sign of a good spy" Silco stated in his oh-so-analytical tone, and I looked at him in shock "DO I LOOK- ahem- do I look like someone built for being a spy?!" He looked at my build and back at my face "you aren't wrong" "yeah, I know, you really think someone like me can pull off that? That's what fanfiction is for!" "What?" "Nothing I just need a place to stay, and I wanted hang out with Jinx." "Silcoooooooo can we keep her?" jinx said coming up behind me and squishing my face and looking at her adoptive father with puppy eyes. "Fine, fine" Silco said waving her off. "YES" she said hopping up and grabbing my wrist "Let's go new friend!" she said dragging me to the place I presume is her workshop on that weird turbine fan thing.

"So, what do you know about me and my future?" Jinxed asked as she hopped onto her chair and looked intently at me with that crazy sense of wonder that she has. "Well," I started not wanting to anger her I wanted to find the best choice of wording knowing her mental state right now wasn't the best since this was after her fight with Ekko. "Do you want me to sugar coat it or just lay it on you bluntly" I said trying to tread lightly while letting my body language speak to say I don't really have a preference as I internally freak out. "Lay it on me sister" oh boy...

"So" she started, circling around the chair she sat me in, "you're telling me, that I am gonna ending up killing my adoptive father, lose most of my sanity, and then fire a rocket at the counsel building?" "Yeah...on a basic scale that's pretty accurate." I say looking at her face and seeing the mix of emotions flashing across her face. "A-and is there any way to prevent this?" She said slightly panicking "I really have no idea "I said looking at her with empathathetic eyes "look, I've only had my powers for the span of two days! In that time period I haven't slept or ate due to constantly traveling universes and learning to control my power!" I said raising my voice at the end "well then, let's fix that" said a gravelly voice behind me "I don't think you'd have an extra room that would smell like 'extra activities'" "Well on that part you are wrong we have one bedroom that's going unused because I always want to prepare if we have a guest" "and how many lock would be on said guest room door?" "u-um not relevant right now" "as I thought but sure I need to eat and I need to sleep or at least have caffeine before I pass out "I said getting up from the chair "Oh Oh! Can I have caffeine!?" Jinx said jumping up "Absolutely not!" Silco said "Girl you already have enough energy you would burn the whole town and then the world."

I entered the room Silco said was for "guests" yeah, I don't think I like the sound of that, but I need to sleep before something happens and I can't control. I had already had a meal with Jinx and Silco did something to her or something because I didn't expect her to have such table manners! There is no way Aoi Ko and Ciel can track me now. He said that I only had access to the Anime universes. I flop on the bed and feel something rubber on my wrist 'what?' I look to see a blue hued bracelet. I tap on the thing and am shown...a holographic screen? I looked at all the places it displayed. Some of the places are animes I've never seen before and some of these are not even close to animes! Aoi Ko LIED! I'm not gonna let any one of them touch me. I will not let this opportunity slip past me. I think it's a glitch, but I don't want it fixed! These places are too good not to visit! I need a plan! I look around the room and opened a drawer in this Victorian dresser to find what I'm looking for. I grabbed the pen and paper from the drawer and started sketching out a diagram of the universes and my plan for where I should go after helping Jinx for a bit, so she doesn't end up so traumatized and loses Silco.

Good luck finding her Aoi ko it'll be a bit before you even know where she's been! Ha! Check. This is only the beginning of the game.
