He wears a black cape and suit, in addition to a blue belt, mask, collar, and webs around his wrists. He has spiked cuffs on his gloves and spikes on his boots.
The other one was a half-human half-fish hybrid as evident where he has fins that sticks out in his head as if they were his ears. For his attire, he wears a lot of blue-colored clothing such as his hood, his gloves, and his belt, while his uniform, jeans and shoes are black.As for his physical appearance, he is a fair-skinned hybrid with white hair growing out and covering his right eye. It was the villain Dark Phantom and his sidekick Ghoul

After landing safely down Ghoul turned to his boss
Ghoul: are you alright sir?
He asked while Dark Phantom looked scared out of his mind
Dark Phantom: did you see that heroine!? I've never seen anything l've never seen anything like it!
He said to his sidekick. It would appear Atreno city has a new hero after Sunblast "disappearance"
Ghoul: we can't win. We must call him.
He explained while bringing out a Black Hat org card, but Dark Phantom looked unsure
Dark Phantom: but i owe Black Hat too much already.
Ghoul: there is no other way,sir. Quickly, before she gets here.
He explained, revealing that the now confirmed female hero was on there tail. He walked towards a phone close by and looked at the card
Ghoul: okay here it says 666-3-ah-
He stoped reading when he noticed a hero twice his size was in front of him
Ghoul: sir?sir?!
He turned around to see heroes and Villains of all kind where in the building and they all had pink glowing eyes. Dark Phantom turned to look at his sidekick but he also had pink glowing eyes
