𝐒𝐀𝐅𝐄 & 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 ➳ 𝘐𝘮 𝘕𝘢𝘺𝘦𝘰𝘯

𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚝𝚎𝚛 24: 𝚁𝚞𝚗𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝙼𝚊𝚗 𝙸𝙸

     Once everyone was settled, makeup and wardrobe done, the taping came to a start. A few sound checks and camera adjustments were made before the whole show officially began. The original hosts made a bit of small talk, greetings, and short introductions.

     By small talk, I meant them making fun of Lee Kwang-Soo's outfit. Sometimes, I think the actor's getting offended but chooses not to comment on it for TV reasons. He's actually nice company when you get to know him. I know this because he became my client once.

     Then, Twice walked in, dressed in outfits from the MV of their new song More & More. So that was why they were here. To promote it. I should've known because Red Velvet was here as a promotion for the new K-Drama called Start-Up as they had sung its OST.

     The intro for More & More started and the hosts erupted into cheers, however, us in the background remained silent to not disturb the recording process.

     When they reached the chorus, I tried (and horribly failed) to mimic their signature move for this song. For a second, I could've sworn, Chaeyoung briefly glanced the opposite way, trying to suppress a laugh. Now I'm offended.

     This time, I could mostly focus on her. Nayeon had shorter hair now. It looks really good on her. And that outfit, it looks s— I should not be thinking this way about my ex-boss. At least she looks like she's healthy and happy. Hmm, maybe my replacement's doing a decent job.

     When their performance ended, everyone cheered and clapped loudly, congratulating the girls. They striked for the final pose and all I could think about was how talented and charismatic they are.

     Comes next was the individual interview. When Sana's turn came up, her infamous Shy shy shy was brought up again. Song Ji-hyo and Jeon Somin trying to copy the move, everyone bursted into laughter and the teasing started once more. They have a good vibe, I think we'd get along well.

     After they had their turn, Red Velvet was next. Instead of having an open stage like twice did, there were 5 bar stools in the middle, with microphones in front of each. And so, they sang the new OST for the K-Drama.

     While doing so, everyone was by the sidelines. I can't help but focus in front when the girls were near me, particularly Im Nayeon. Two people and a camera was in between the two of us, I couldn't be more thankful.

     When the song ended, the same process with twice happened. And lastly, the first game was announced. I didn't listen to the rules much, all I know is it's some sort of race. Twice was distributed along with Red Velvet.

     Maybe it's a good thing that Nayeon and Jihyo was on different teams, both of them are very competitive. But Irene was also on Nayeon's team, we all know that she doesn't like losing either. This is going to be chaotic. The cameras were cut off when everyone went to their respective changing rooms to change clothes that is more comfortable to do some sports in. Mainly joggers and a sweatshirt.

     "What was it again?" Yerim asked, poking Joy's arm asking her to repeat the game's rules. "Come on, all of that was very confusing."

The girl didn't answer, and in a quick second, the two of them turned to look at me. And I believed that they understood when they were all nodding and stuff on air.
