Honestly i don't even know it myself 😁 okay yes, I use guided meditations bc i am lazy as hell and it helps me, but basically choose a method you'd like to do (or no method, idk if i made a chapter on that, if i did you can read that, if i didn't, well i shall write it soon, for now look it up!!!!)

-step 3-
As example i will just choooooooooose a basic ass method, the raven method yes
Now i think about it why do i almost exactly remember how many of the methods I've heard of are supposed to be done help????!?!? That's actually so embarrassing 😭 idk why I'm keeping this here but hi

-step 4-
Basically, for most methods you'll have to find a comfy position!! Except this fucking stupid shitty annoying irritating ugly weird fucked up but still one of my favourite methods!!
Well originally they want you to lay in a starfish position but who wants to do that?
Me sometimes...
But no not necessary, you can ignore that step, or not, as long as you're comfortable!!
It won't stop you from shifting if you don't so do not worry.

-step 5-
I like to just listen to the guided meditation until it's over and then fall asleep and shift, or wait repeat affirmations until I'm in my desired reality. 😜🤪

Drink water, not necessary ofc, that's why it's underneath extras you dumb fuck😡😡😡😡😡

Eat something, especially if your hungry

If you are stressed bc maybe your assignment isn't done or you haven't cleaned those plates up, do that first and then go back to shifting. Helps a lot!!

Look up how to have the intention to shift, once you understand it and are able to "master it" girl you're gonna shift in no time😨😨😨😨
