"𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐖𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐘𝐄𝐓?"

Raya looked up from her book to see Cedric staring out the window. 

After spending a few hours plotting how to annoy Peeves, the Weasleys went out to try and sneak dumgbombs into the boys washroom. It was just her and Cedric in the compartment, sitting in a comfortable silence as the train continued.

Raya stared out the window, noticing the train getting slower and slower.

"I don't think we're there yet," Raya checked the time on her phone. "There're still a few hours left."

"But I'm hungry..." Cedric groaned.

"Have a granola bar," Raya pulled one out of her bags.

"Thanks bro," he grinned, taking a bite.

"I'm gonna check what's going on," Raya said to Cedric, who mumbled something back with his mouth full.

She stuck her head outside the compartment, seeing a bunch of other heads, all curious, asking around to what's going on.

Fred and George hurried down the corridor and into the compartment.

"What did you two do?" Raya asked suspiciously.

"Nothing that relates to the train stopping," Fred answered cryptically.

"Jesus," Raya muttered, turning back to the corridor. She caught Thomas' eye a few compartments down. "What's goin — ow! what the fuck?!"

Without warning, the train jolted, causing Raya to bang the side of her head against the compartment door. A few bangs and crashes sounded, giving Raya the impression everyone's luggage was falling. The lamps went out, the train plunged into sudden darkness.

"Who took my granola bar?!" Cedric exclaimed.

"Not me," George answered with his mouth full.

Raya somehow made it to back to her seat. "Do you think the train broke down?"

"Nonsense," Fred answered confidently. "The Hogwarts Express has never broken down. That's impossible."

"There's a first for everything," Cedric said.

"Are you sure you're a Hufflepuff?" Fred asked after a moment.

"Quit arguing, you babies," she flicked someone.

"Ow!" George yelped.

"Sorry," she muttered.

It took another minute or two — filled with useless banter, but the Hogwarts Express was up and running again. The lights were back on as well, revealing the chocolate from Cedric's granola bar all over George's face.

"It was you!" Cedric sounded betrayed.

"Ced, he was literally eating it in front of you," Raya sighed.

"Yeah, but he said it wasn't him," he muttered. "I believed him."

"Forget what I'd said before," Fred nodded to himself. "You, my friend, are a Hufflepuff indeed."

Raya saw a man walk by their compartment, heading towards the front of the train. She stuck her head out to see him more clearly, but was met with Elias' grinning face from the compartment next to hers.

Raya yelped, hitting her head on the compartment again, causing Elias to laugh.

"Why is your head just out of the compartment like that?" she asked, rubbing the spot she hit her head on.

"Careful, Rye," Cedric called from inside the compartment. "I need you to keep your braincells intact for Potions."

Raya flipped him off behind her back.
