"My name is Jungwon." The small boy held out his hand towards the other who was holding crutches.

Jay leaned on his crutch and held out his own hand, gripping into the younger's.

"I'm Jay."

The two children had been stuck at the hospital for quite some time now and they were both the outcasts of all the other children.

"Wanna draw outside with me?" Jungwon held up his drawing pad and crayons and Jay smiled.

"Sure."

Jungwon put his sketch pad back into the side bag of the wheel chair, along with his crayons, and began wheeling himself towards the doors while Jay followed behind, still getting used to his crutches.

2 years had passed and Jay was now the one in the wheel chair while Jungwon had moved to the hospital bed.

His condition was getting worse but doctors were working on it. Whatever Jungwon had was still a bit out of the ordinary to treat so the doctors didn't really know what to do.

"Can I see him now?"

The doctor nodded and allowed Jay to wheel his way to Jungwon's bedside.

"Hi cutie...how are you feeling today?"

Jungwon smiled at his favorite person while holding his hand out. Jay reached the bed and held onto the younger's hand.

The 15 year old sat in his wheel chair and lied his head beside Jungwon while he tangled his fingers in the older's black hair.

"I'm gonna be leaving in a few days Jungwon..They said that I'll be good to go."

Jay hadn't noticed with his head turned the other way but Jungwon's smiled had fallen. Jay was the only person in the whole hospital that made him fight to live everyday and now he was leaving.

"That's good to hear Jay. I don't think I'm leaving any time soon. It sucks that we couldn't go and do the things we talked about."

Jay turned to look at the 14 year old boy and held his hand tightly.

"You'll get out of here wonnie, don't worry. I'll also come visit everyday so you won't be lonely. I know that's what you were worried about."

Jay smiled and chuckled a bit, cheering Jungwon up.

The two had began to fall in love with each other after spending everyday together in the garden since they've been emitted to the hospital.

It had only been 15 minutes but the doctors had come back, waiting at the door.

"Alright Jay, Jungwon has to get back to testing a bit more. We'll call you back when he's done."

Jay held his smile but he was really sad to see Jungwon in this state. It was only two years ago that Jungwon was still rolling around and laughing but now he hadn't had much energy to do any of that.

"I'll be back Jungwon."

A year had gone by and winter was hitting a bit harder than usual, but it wasn't going to stop Jay from getting to the hospital to see his favorite person.

Today was Jungwon's birthday so Jay decided that he would make a cake for the cute boy and celebrate his birthday with him.

Jay wheeled himself into the elevator with his gift bag and pressed the button to Jungwon's floor.
