Happy New Years

"Yo, you finally out!" Jake glared at you, "Why the fuck are you here?!" You smirked and flipped him off, "Came here to chill. You already doing that weird business gambling shit you do?" Jake smirked and opened the case of money, "I have to do it...for them." You nodded and sat down next to him. "How did you find me?" You shrugged, "I always come here to smoke and take things off my mind. I happen to see Jerry standing outside, so I thought you'd be here." "He let you in like nothing?" Before you can respond, you took a hit from the pipe, smiling once you inhaled the second time and then exhaling everything out of your nose and mouth. "You're acting as if I don't know Jerry too..."

Jake rolled his eyes and started rubbing his chin, "I need targets...easy once to ruin their life's...someone that has money." You hmd and started hitting your bomb even more. Jake glanced towards you and then saw your face expression changing to an angry one. "What's with you? You bipolar now?" "Fuck are you saying...I'm thinking." Jake cringed, "You have a shit looking thinking face, you know that right?" You glared at Jake, but before you could say anything, you took note that those edibles from earlier today were finally hitting, "Shit, I didn't know they felt so good..." Jake took note of your expression and shook his head, "When do you plan going sober...jeez..."

"You know...I have this...weird group I hang out with at school." Jake leaned his back to the chair, arms crossed and eyes glancing up to the ceiling. 'He's high...fuck is he going to say now?' "You're not calling them friends?" "..." Jake again notice that you didn't say anything about the friend part. He knew you were very sensitive with that topic, and hate that word a lot. "I have this group, but for some reason...I don't like everybody in it." Jake laughed, "You don't like nobody, what's so bothersome about that?"

"He's a nerd."

"So? Are you scared that you're starting to hate people by their looks? Don't give me that shit!" You groan, "It's not that...it's just a feeling about him pisses me off. I would tell one of them, but that's too much work..." Jake sighed and finally looked at you, you were definitely high out of your mind. "Then who is he?"

"Don't remember his name, but I hate him. He's too stubborn, childish, and a bitch. I hate weak people." Jake shook his head at your comment. "He thinks life is better when he shows off his new clothes and shoes...I'm not jealous or nothing, but it's annoying when he does it. I have this guy in my class that does the same shit, but doesn't show it off...maybe I do hate everyone?" Jake felt his ear flinch, 'A rich nerd?'

"His name is Jiho I think."

Jake widened his eyes, were you trying to help him with his business? "Why are you telling me this..." you chuckled, "I trust you with that info." Jake smirked, damn he forgot how it felt to have a proper conversation with you. Not really proper, but words that you two tend to help each other a lot. I guess you can say, Jake considers you as a close member—but not as close as a family like Jerry and the rest. Not yet.

'...although—he is a good scammer too, way better than me...but only when he's sober though. I'm going to need his help...at least to earn extra cash from it.'

"Trust me, M/n! This shit is selling like crazy! The new Xanax got everyone in their knees—crazy shit, you'll remember the stuff you do!" Your eyes widened, "Seriously?" The dealer of yours nodded, "Hell yeah!" You nodded and pulled out a shit tone of cash, you started counting the amount due and this had caught your dealers attention. "Aren't you...poor? Where do you get this money?" You smirked and looked at him, "No clue. Every Sunday, I wake up with a load of cash. Plus, my pops send me money once every month, 2 million I think?" Your dealer widened his eyes with a jaw dropped to the ground. He then felt the cash on his hands and he smiled nervously, "I-It's good doing business with you then..." he quickly ran off with you happily holding you fulled backpack like a child that had a very great day. Now walking away, you took note of the familiar convenience store near by, and you decided to check it out—it's been a while since you've slept in there or even had a proper conversation with Dan.
