Neteyam POV-

It's been months since my family and I left. I promised her I would come back to get her, but I've been so busy that I don't get that much time to myself. And today is the day I tell my mom and dad that I will be getting her.

"Mom, dad" I say "yes?" They both answer and look at me "I want to go back to the Metkayina clan." I say. They then look into each others eyes. "You may go" my mom says "really?" I brighten a smile "we know why your going, go see her" my dad says smiling "thank you so much!" I say hugging both my parents.

Not soon after I got on my Ikran and rode to The Metkayina clan.

Y/n POV-

It's another beautiful day. I was splashing the water with my feet as I look at the little children play together. Just then I hear the horn of visitors (I'm so sorry if that's not what it's called 😭) I run the see who it was. And there he was, Neteyam..

"Neteyam!" My dad says greeting him with th casual I see you and Neteyam does the same "hello sir" he greets "Not to be rude, but have you seen Y/n-" before he could finish he sees me, I missed those eyes. "Y/n?, she's just playing with the water. Go on, you can see her" my dad smiles. I run back to where I was knowing that Neteyam would be here any minute "Hi y/n.." He says, "hi Neteyam, what are you doing here?" I ask

Neteyam POV-

"What are you doing here?" She asks, I wasn't really paying attention. I was admiring her features, her beauty. "Neteyam.?" She asks again "oh sorry!, what was your question?" I say laughing nervously "I asked why are your here?" Her voice is just to die for..

"I came here for you of course"

I say smiling as I see her heating up "y/n?" I ask "mhm yeah I understand.." she says, she was stunned by what I had said "WAIT WHAT" she realises "you came here." "Mhm" "for me." "Yep." I say smiling at her "wait to see me or" "im here to ask if you would like to come with me." I say looking in her blue ocean eyes.. "I. I don't know Neteyam, I would have to ask my parents. And what about my siblings?" She says overthinking "y/n, it's ok. We'll ask together" I say putting my hand on her shoulder to reassure her

"Sir." I say "yes Neteyam?" He answers "I came here to ask if I could take your daughter with me back to my clan." I say standing up straight "hmm.. Ronal?" He looks at his mate "yes. You may. But you must take good care of my daughter. And bring her to visit." Ronal says looking at me. I smile wide, "thank you Tonowari and Ronal" i then leave to tell y/n. She didn't come with me because she was to scared to face them.

"They said yes" "REALLY?" "Yeah" I smile "come we'll go, I'll show you my Ikran!" I grab her hand and we run to my Ikran

Y/n POV-

We get on Neteyam's Ikran. It was a beautiful creature. "Ok hold on tight or you might get hurt, and I don't want that" Neteyam says look at me. As we go he holds his Ikran in one hand and on his free hand he holds my thigh. Eywa really took the time to create him.. I instantly got butterflies.
