"my girlfriend" he smiled, they haven't seen each other in a while simply because they were busy
y/n was model who traveled tons and obviously being a football player you live in different places, the couples eyes locked and y/n let out a warm smile and waved at him
he looked at his coach who have him a signal he can leave practice
joao ran up to his girlfriend and hugged her, y/n laughed and smiled
the other players watched in jealousy WISHING that they had a girlfriend, joao walked with y/n to the locker room
"i thought you had a meeting today is barcelona?" he spoke putting different shoes on, "well i did but i declined the meeting because i found out the brand i would be working with is bad so"
joao nodded trying to understand, he never understood fully what goes into being a model but as long as y/n was happy he was happy
"do you want to go to my apartment i have a surprise to show you!" joao said giving y/n his sweatshirt
y/n looked confused by the sweatshirt, "sure!"
"it's cold meu amor, my apartment is just down the street but i don't want you to be cold" he explained putting the sweatshirt on his girlfriend

"here we are!" joao spoke unlocking the door, y/n actually has never been to this apartment because while she was away he moved apartments
"oooo very umm" y/n started seeing how plain everything was
"plain i know i know but i ordered decorations anyways! here is my surprise!" he spoke walking into his bedroom
y/n followed him into the room looking around and seeing a big fancy picture frame
"this picture was day i fell in love with you. so i framed it and it's going above my bed" joao spoke smiling hoping his girlfriend would like it
y/n smiled, "stop joao that's so cute! i love you" she spoke smiling hugging her very caring boyfriend
"so you like the frame and the picture? or should i change it?" he asked making sure his girlfriend loved it as much as he did
"yes! everything is perfect! where did you find the frame?" y/n asked
"your mom helped me" joao said, y/n laughed "my mom?"
joao laughed "yes your mom she called me asking about my next match and some how next thing i know she ordered a big gold frame to my apartment"

"oh my god, how did i ever get you to say yes to me?" joao spoke seeing his girlfriend walk out of the bathroom
"i'm wearing sweatpants and your shirt" y/n spoke laughing, "still very cute" he said as his girlfriend sat with him
"movie timeeeee!" joao sung turning the tv on making y/n laugh at him
