Caius' arm was held over his forehead, as his low eyes squinted at the moving ceiling above him. He laid down on his back, in an extremely small and uncomfortable mattress that these people called a 'bed', and listened as his heart beat started to become more erratic as the seconds passed. Everything seemed as if it was spinning, but he knew it wasn't. And he wanted to close his eyes just to avoid seeing that, but Caius was afraid of what might've happened to him the second he did that and lost consciousness.

His breathing was shallow, and he became agitated more and more as the seconds passed. It was only his first day in prison, he'd barely even served a full 24 hours before these people were already fucking with him. He didn't plan to go in and misbehave, but now? He would just because. As soon as he got out of the predicament he was in.

A few moments later, Caius could hear keys jingling and the sound of someone walking over to his cell, he groaned, but it sounded like a deep breath. He knew it was an officer, probably coming to mess with him, and he was already annoyed.

"Lacroix! Get up, it's dinner time." the officer shouted, banging something against his cell door that he couldn't see, but either way it irritated him. One, because said person was making too much noise. And two, because he knew that they knew full well that he couldn't move properly right now.

"I said, up!" the officer shouted again, but this time he didn't bang on the cell, he used those same loud ass keys to open the door to it, and walked inside where Caius laid down.

His eyes slowly drifted over to the man and he glared at him as best as he possibly could, still not saying a word because he didn't want to. He wasn't going to get up, no matter how much this officer yelled at him because he wasn't feeling well. The minute he got up, he'd probably fall flat on his face.

The officer came closer, making sure Caius got a perfectly good look at his face. But honestly, seeing his face only made Caius angrier than he was. "Just because you're a celebrity doesn't mean you can disobey your authority. This is my house." the officer sneered at Caius, before reaching out and grabbing his arm to forcefully drag him off of his bed.

Since Caius was practically limp, the action worked perfectly and caused him to fall down on the floor beneath him directly at the officer's feet. Caius could feel his entire head spinning now, and it hurt from briefly impacting the hard cement like floor when he fell. But he allowed no pain to show on his face, he was already quite weak as is and this man was using that to his advantage.
