Y/n knew a lot more than chanyeol thought she did . She knew he liked when she was so oblivious and clueless just blindly following what he says but that was just an act . Chanyeol was her boss & she was his assistant , they had a cliché boss and assistant love affair except they don't get together in the end , chanyeol is a cheating bastard with a wife , and y/n isn't stupid . 2 can play that game .
She watched as chanyeol slipped his clothes back on readying himself to leave after fucking her once again . "Wife called ?" she asked and he shook his head . "Contract meeting , i talked to them myself and i forgot to mention it to you" he lied and she almost laughed out loud for 2 reasons . 1 Because this was the second time he'd used the same lie & 2 because he must've forgotten that any business partner they have contacts her first , as she is his assistant .
"Coming back?" she asked as she got out of bed to head to the shower . "Not tonight , he wants to have drinks after" he said and she nodded . She was almost in the bathroom before he caught her arm pulling her naked body into him . He kissed her lips softly before pulling away . "I love you" he lied and she knew he was lying . "mm" she flashed him a fake smiled pulling away from him and going into the bathroom .
Chanyeol felt that something was off , he watched as she went into the bathroom and shut the door behind her . Why didn't she say it back ? He twirled his keys on his finger letting out a deep breath before turning to leave .
He arrived at work late the next day & a bit irritated as he had been trying to contact y/n the whole morning but she hadn't picked up . When he got into his office he was surprised to see her inside with his biggest competitor suho . Their company's had always been neck and neck or one with more sales than the other . This time suho was in the lead so chanyeol really didn't wanna see his face .
"Goodmorning chanyeol" suho said as he stood up from the couch to shake his hand . "Good morning , may i ask what the reason for your visit is?" chanyeol spoke handing y/n his coat . "Just popping by" suho said watching y/n walk away which very obviously got under chanyeols skin . "Well suho not trying to be rude or anything but i have a lot of work to do so .." he gestured to the door and suho let out a dry laugh . "Right , my apologies" suho spoke half bowing to chanyeol .
"I'll be taking my leave now" he spoke and chanyeol hummed . "And y/n , see you at 7" he spoke making chanyeol furrow his eye brows looking between suho and y/n . Once the door closed chanyeol immediately spoke "What the hell does he mean see you at 7?" he asked through gritted teeth & that's the exact moment y/n knew that she won .
"He asked to take me to dinner , i said yes" she said in a nonchalant manner . Chanyeol couldn't believe his ears , what did she just say ? "Huh , i don't think i heard you right" "No you heard me clearly" she said and he felt his adrenaline rise . "You don't love him y/n , you don't even know him" chanyeol said and she laughed . "I never said i did , i'll just tell him all the sweet lies you told me & bam i'm in , it shouldn't be that hard right" she said before exiting his office leaving her words to eat at him just as she'd wanted . Y/n : 1 Chanyeol : 0 .
