H's First name is unknown to everyone but himself, his public medical files have been censored as he was a minor

H's patient designation was "0108" leading doctors to call him "1O8" which H grew to despise as that usually meant he was being called for more tests

H's condition became labeled as "O8 syndrome" before the began diagnosis of his conditions, (DID, Pyromania, Etc) although, we all know "O8 syndrome" as Slender Sickness

H is quadrilingual, Understanding English, Russian, Italian and Finnish, and being able to speak English and Finnish fluently,

He is aware of common phrases in Italian and Russian, but can't hold any advanced conversations with them

H prefers when being spoken to in a formal manner to be referred to as "Piru"

He is partially blind in his left eye the world appearing distorted and blurry

H believes he was attacked by a dog as a kid which has lead to a phobia of dogs (Cynophobia)

What actually happened was an encounter with Slender which caused H to attempted to gouge his eye out because he always saw Slender "just in the corner of his eye"

This has lead to him having a better sense of hearing, able to tell the difference between footsteps, although it's nowhere near the level that EJ has

H is on 7 different medications, taking 3 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and 2 at night before bed.

H is an excellent climber, the mental ward he stayed at often tested H physically due to him being above average in most physical activities,

H was inspired by Charlie Gordon (Flowers for Algernon)

For those who don't know What Flowers for Algernon is and (spoiler warning and sad warning)

It's about a mentally handicapped man named Charlie, who cannot care for himself and is (for lack of a better term) Ret-rded, However after experimental treatment he becomes much smarter able to make complex theories, however the experiment fails and he goes back to being mentally handicapped even worse then before, at the end of the book (depending on the version you read) he either becomes unable to comprehend everything around him or is placed in a home and lobotomized, or like the version I read, with the last remaining bit of his intelligence, commits suicide because he quote "Don't wanna be the olld Charlie" (towards the end he begins making tons of errors to show his decline)

The idea behind H is after a horrible experience showing no signs of improvement he finally starts to re-assemble their life however they relapse and begin to loose more and more
