Neteyam POV-

Me and Y/n were having alone time with each other, just siting next to a mini waterfall I had found while out hunting.

We were in a comfortable silence until I heard Y/n sniff "you alright?," I ask "yeah I'm fine." She said still looking at the water "Y/n.?" I look at her "I'm fine. Neteyam." She says, I could hear a slight crack in her voice. I move closer to her and put my arm over her for comfort "Somethings wrong, what's up? You can tell me if your comfortable" I give her a comforting smile

"Neteyam I think I'm a disappointment. I don't do good for this Clan. I even heard some girls say I wasn't good for you and that you deserve better, I mean you do but. I just can't Neteyam. I'm sorry." She blurts out,

"Y/n your perfect,

your not a disappointment, your enough for both the clan and I. I don't who would tell you, your a disappointment because your not. And the girl thing?, I mean I already got what I wanted and deserved and it's you, being yourself makes me happy, even if it means being in trouble with my little brother" she giggled at the end "Do you really mean that Neteyam?" She asked "of course"

I intertwine my fingers with hers and we just sat next to the waterfall, watching the water drip down one after another. It was nice, nice knowing she trusted me with her life and would tell what's bothering her. Because I will always be there just for her.

"I love you Y/n."

"I love you too Neteyam."
